I asked for a refund, but they have refused - the item doesn't work, they have Obtained Money By Deception, which is an offence.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Update - 17th April. The company is still refusing my refund, they are in breach of the Sale Of Goods Act. I have advised them of this, but they remain arrogant in their replies.

Extremely competitive purchase, downloaded in moments, but unlike me follow the whole instructions to the letter, without thinking you have done all that is necessary. Follow them even after downloading and they will work!

Very good value, once installed (with difficulty).
The communication with Activation Keep LTD was good, if a little slow. I initially had a problem with downloading Office 365, but once they sent me the activation code and password, it worked fine. The instructions did not mention being re-directed to MS Copilot when going to the MS Office website, which I found confusing. Eventually though, after several attempts, I managed it.
I am very pleased with the product and glad to have swerved Microsoft's attempts to get me to sign up to an annual subscription. Activation say that it is for life and can be used 5 times. I only have one computer that needed Office, so time will tell. I don't know if there is a time limit on the other 4. Still, at £9.97, I am a happy bunny to have one. I can recommend this.

Microsoft 365 plus
Due to my Microsoft office package which my grandson added for me being non active due to him changing his job I needed another package. My pc is 12 years old and runs on apple Catalina. It was difficult to find which package would suit my needs however, after chatting with activation keep followed by e mails with Moren she guided me through what I needed and again guided me through the activation process. I would certainly recommend them for anybody needing an office package. The price was fantastic along with the customer service.

I don't have a clue how your system…
I don't have a clue how your system works. I logged in to my microsoft account and couldn't find anything by clicking on the left square of the copilot page which only opened some offers. Totally mystified and tired of changing passwords with miscrosoft. One thing for sure, never again.
