I’ve used Active heating and renewables before and have always been good. Very friendly and knowledgeable gas safe engineer serviced my boiler and tested smoke alarms for me. Very happy with the work.

We got in touch with this company, for the first annual maintenance service of our heat pump, on a recommendation. From the first phone call to completion, everything went well- everyone I spoke to was pleasant, polite and professional. Tommy who attended is a thoroughly pleasant young man. He arrived in the time slot, answered all of our questions and produced an online report sheet at the end of the service.

A friendly and professional engineer attended our home and serviced our boiler. We will always remember that positive encounter. He is an ambassador for the company.

When the installer of our heat pump ceased trading a few years ago, we had to cast around for someone to service it in our locality. Luckily, we found Active Heating and Renewables. Jay has now carried out two services of our heat pump and sorted out a leak from the expansion tank. He is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. I like the fact that he provides a useful summary of the tasks that he has carried out during the service.

Tommy undertook an annual service of an air source pump and boiler. It was done efficiently, quickly and in a friendly manner. All waste was removed and I received the report within 24 hours.

In 2022 AHR installed a Worcester Bosch boiler and have been servicing it every year since. It hasn't given me any problems so I count that as a win.

I was initially nervous about installing a heat pump in my terraced house, particularly concerned about the 10mm pipes to radiators and limited space. Active Renewables completely put my mind at ease.

John and the Active team installed a Vaillant heat pump and hot water cylinder for us, and did a great job. The work was all done to a very high quality standard in only a few days, and with only the most minimal possible disruption.
