Great Education, Mentorship, and Community for Real Estate Investors

My wife and I have had a great experience with Active Duty Passive Income (ADPI). We’ve participated in both their residential and commercial real estate training cohorts and received valuable guidance on capital raising as we’ve continued to grow our real estate portfolio.

Through the education, mentorship, and relationships we’ve built within the ADPI community, we’ve been able to expand into small multifamily properties and take the next step into our first commercial real estate syndication.

What really sets ADPI apart is the network of military members, veterans, and experienced investors who are willing to share their knowledge and help others succeed. The training provides a solid foundation, but the relationships and continued support are just as valuable.

Real estate investing takes work, and success doesn’t happen overnight, but ADPI has been a valuable part of our journey. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to get started in real estate or scale into larger investment opportunities.
