This has the characteristics of scam company. No items recieved, no response to contact and charged extra tax on order. Lucily didn't spend much.

I really wish I’d checked out the reviews of this company before placing an order with them. Absolutely diabolical company to deal with. Radio silence for 11 days then after chasing them they tell me my item was out of stock when I placed the order. Well if that’s the case they shouldn’t have taken my money then! No idea if/when my order will turn up so I’ve asked them to cancel it but no doubt they’ll make as much of a hash of that as they’ve done in dealing with my order and my chasing emails to them. You have been warned shoppers…

If I could give this company no stars I would as they have been appalling in communication as to where my order is, I have been waiting since 30th January for a hat and have been given the run around ever since, I have now asked for a full refund and will be taking this further should I not receive confirmation that I have been reimbursed. My advice to anyone considering buying from this company is do not bother.

I wish I had seen these reviews before placing an order. Awful company. I placed an order the 5th of Feb which hasn't arrived almost three weeks later. I requested to cancel and was told my order is already being processed and there's a 20% cancellation fee. Followed up after two weeks and was told they didn't have stock but the order was now on the way to them.

I regret placing an order with this unprofessional company. It has been three weeks and I still haven’t received my order, with virtually no communication from them — I’ve had to chase updates myself.

I’m repeatedly told they’re “waiting on items,” yet their explanations keep contradicting each other. The order remains outstanding, and the overall experience has been extremely disappointing.

At first had shirts , then didn't, then got them. After a week of that they claim to have sent them Feb. 2nd. Feb. 14th still no shirts crappy no info tracking !! Last known says given to final delivery agent days ago !!!

Delivery and communication are secondary priorities to taking your money.

17 orders, 90% of these I paid for 1-3 day delivery. Most recent order took 8 weeks to arrive after weeks of emailing for them to say something was out of stock.

Their products are great but they’re essentially just a middleman anyway and not a very good one.

Ordered and paid for standard 4-7 days delivery. After 12 days, I had to contact them and ask for a tracking number. No response, so contacted them again and was told the item was out of stock and should of been made aware, but due to an error, I wasn't. I was then told, the item has just been restocked and was on its way to them, where they process the same day and send the package out. A futher seven days on, I still have not heard from them. Terrible company and I would steer clear.

I waited nearly 6 weeks for my delivery, they finally said they would issue a refund but delayed it another 3 weeks, and then sent the item anyway and said they couldn't issue refund as the item has been sent,

Ordered it on the 4th Dec and received it 24th Jan. One very late Christmas present.
Their customer service is shocking. I tried to cancel the order and get my money back, but these emails were never replied too.
Avoid at all costs.

Delivery time supposedly 3-4 working days, after 2 weeks I contacted them to find out the item wasn't actually in stock and they didn't know when it would be. I decided to cancel as it was for Christmas and wouldn't arrive in time. I was told I would receive a refund in a few days. 3 weeks later I had received no refund and suddenly got postage notification. I contacted immediately to say I had cancelled and not to post but it arrived anyway. I returned it and eventually after various ignored emails got through at which point a refund was provided. So 2* for at least eventually (and to be fair, very politely) providing refund, but I would not order again. I didn't get the impression that anybody was actually dishonest, just disorganized.

Ordered a coat for my grandson on 14th December took money on 17th December coat didn’t arrive before Christmas complained wanted my money back got email to say money would be in account 2…3 days it’s now 23rd January still no refund would not recommend this company to any one excuses all the time promise to refund on annual leave very poor keep clear of this company

Worst experience ever. Won’t recommend to anyone. It’s been over a month and haven’t received my order or refund. They have items for sale on website which they don’t even have in stock. After a month their customer care lady emails casually that she was on annual leave. I wish I had read the reviews before placing the order.

I ordered an item as a Christmas present as they offered quick delivery. No communication at all and no sign of the item so I chased it, only to be told they needed to order it from the supplier. Charged extra for 'quick' delivery which has not been refunded. Avoid them!

Never again! Item is almost a month late. Messaged them countless times with not a single response. Asked for cancellation/refund and still nothing. Company is a joke!

Products are good, but twice I’ve returned items and not received a refund. About £70 down and there is no way of contacting them other than email, I got a reply saying they’d offer me a credit, I requested the cash back, and I’m still chasing it, 3 weeks later and now no response!

Avoid!! Ordered 2 T-shirts on 27 December.sent several emails with no reply. Found their phone number don't bother they never answer.AVOID!!!

I ordered from this company on 2nd January and to date have not received any goods. Wrote to them several times asking for updates on my order. Had no replies. Should have read these reviews first. Checking on Companies House it looks as if this company had liquidators called in in May 2025. I would suggest you Go to Companies House and check for yourself. EDIT: I sent a message to stevefrost at activewear group today and received a reply today, apologising for delay and said it would be despatched soon. I await the products - 2nd EDIT: I have received the order. Not well packaged, but it is what I ordered. I feel I would not have received this had I not emailed Steve Frost at the company. I received several replies from three different people. I checked them out on google maps and could not find the company at this address. Though I have received my order, I would not shop with them again, not a great experience.

This is far and away the dodgiest company I have ever ordered from. A complete disaster.

- Ordered 2 pairs of trousers for work
- The order didn't move or update for more than a week, items sold were obviously not held in stock by them.
- They ignored my emails for a further week or so until I contacted the payment provider for assistance.
- They fobbed me off with pathetic excuses and eventually a week later shipped one of the two pairs of trousers I ordered, then lied to the payment provider that the order was fulfilled,
- I am now down 20 quid for a pair of trousers that the seller cannot be bothered to supply as ordered.
- They are ignorning all further messages and have even deleted my order from the history of the account I set up with them!
- resigned to writing off 20 quid and having to purchase again from a competent, honest, and reputable seller.

Do yourself a favour and avoid these charlatans. Don't go near them even as a last resort.
