I can’t recommend the team at Acumen highly enough, and in particular Ben, who supported me through the entire mortgage process as a first-time buyer. From the outset, Ben went above and beyond to explain every stage clearly and patiently, taking the time to make sure I understood what was happening and what my options were.

As someone without any prior knowledge of mortgages, I never once felt rushed or pressured into any particular product or decision. Ben was calm, responsive, and reassuring, even when things felt complicated and overwhelming, and gave balanced, honest advice tailored to my situation.

An excellent service from start to finish, delivered by a team who know what they’re doing and care about their clients.

All three of the guys who are Acumen are second to none. We had Ben look after us and the equity release we were organising along side the purchase was very quickly arranged by Ben, but unfortunately the purchase which started last november ( yes,you read right), has only completed a couple of days ago. I feel it must be some sort of record! Ben should get full marks for his patience. Botrh myself and Lyndsay, my partner would have no hesitation in recommending the company, they only know one way to do the job and that is correctly and with great care.
