Acuro Home Improvements Ltd Opiniões

We’ve just had a new space and a secret door fitted under our stairs by Acuro Home Improvements, and it is absolutely brilliant! Everyone knows our house is already a bit weird, and this just adds to the total weirdness and fun of the place.

The chap who installed the system was lovely and so efficient—we couldn't have asked for anyone better. He was incredibly clean too, leaving the place spotless when he finished. He was so nice that as he was leaving, we were all in absolute giggles laughing while we were getting to know the new space!

The kids have already been trying out the stairs and the secret compartment and they think it's just great. Mind you, I've now installed my many shoe boxes under there, so needless to say, it's not actually a space suitable for children to live in! No Harry Potter bedrooms here, just a brilliant new home for my shoes.

Honestly, the service was fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend them if you want something amazing done to your home!

I just wanted to send a huge thank you to Ollie for fixing our under-stairs storage today after the previous work had been done so poorly by a different carpenter! Ollie was so friendly and instantly reassured me that he would be able to put things right.

The work he has done is perfect and exactly what we had hoped for! The finishing touches of the carpet being put down and the sensor lights make such a difference too. You wouldn’t even know there was storage under the stairs now! Before, the stairs creaked, you could feel the joins underfoot and it just didn’t feel secure, but now it feels completely solid and looks brilliant.

I honestly can’t thank Ollie enough. Everything was done with such care. It’s such a relief to finally have it all sorted properly.

I was a bit sceptical at first since I'd never used them before, but Mark was brilliant. He explained everything clearly, kept me informed throughout the process, and left the place spotless. I'd highly recommend the service my only wish is that the space could be a bit bigger. Great experience overall, I would highly recommend.

A great storage solution provided by a team of lovely people.

What they said they would do - was 109% accurate and it does what it was meant to do.

Really good and friendly. Did a great job and cleaned up after himself 👍

The company gave me exactly what was advertised. They were helpful, personable, efficient and left my home as they found it. The installation was straightforward and the guy who did the installation was both polite and friendly, he showed me what was going on during the process. I would highly recommend this company on the strength of the work that has been done in my home.

Fantastic job, very very happy

Really happy with the stairs and how quick they were installed.

Great storage space and neatly done wouldn’t know it was there

Really good job carried. Nice and clean too. Work done created storage area for my power tools. Fab job

Great service, really good communications. They rectified previous builders dodgy work. Really transparent. Would always recommend them.

Great company. Helped us with a issue that they didn't install, after a few calls and emails one of the installers facetimed us with a step by step guide that should of been given by original company. Very happy and thankful for the help

Really happy with my step store. It genuinely was as straightforward and easy as it looked in the ad, and the price was also as advertised (disturbingly rare occurrence). The fitter was friendly and helpful and the whole process took less than 4 hours.

Good workmanship and delivered on time as arranged

The whole process was extremely smooth and the staff were very helpful. The installer Ollie was very friendly and told us exactly what he was going to do. Job was left tidy and neat excellent work.

I recently had Acura Home Improvements carry out work to create access to the space under my stairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the service\. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly before starting, and even carried out a small extra repair at no additional hassle\.

They were polite, professional, and left everything clean and tidy when the job was finished\. The quality of the work was excellent, and I would definitely recommend Acura Home Improvements to anyone looking for reliable and professional home improvement services.

Highly recommend Acuro Home Improvements! They were brilliant to communicate with from the first enquiry right through to booking. The installer was polite, tidy, and did an absolutely flawless job on my new stair storage. I am really, really pleased with the final result. Thank you for a great experience!

The installer left everything neat with zero trace he’d been other than the brand new lifting staircase storage, even after adding extra structural support due to the age of the house/stairs
Highly recommend

Easy to communicate with, nice and simple! The workman did a sterling job, professional, communicative and very competent, explained the work, and pulled it off!
