Generally speaking, I've had a fantastic experience with Acutrack from our initial contact through production/distribution. Acutrack owner, Raj, was highly accessible and very great to work with. The team that set-up our manual for production was attentive to detail. My primary contact, Sindhuja, has been lovely and quite responsive. Acutrack provides an array of services that have helped streamline my eCommerce website selling college textbooks. My initial point of contact was helpful in describing the services and providing quotes. After officially signing up, I was assigned an account manager who has provided additional information and training. The UI is easy to navigate and provides helpful information.

Phenomenal customer service. This is our first time working with a printing service for our first Book. The team did an amazing job from start to finish and was very patient and helpful as they guided us through the process. Our Book is amazing with rich colors and perfect binding.We are in discussions now for Acutrack to print and fulfill our next set of books. Highly recommend!

I chose Acutrack over Amazon KDP for publishing my graphic-heavy book, and it was a great decision. The print quality is noticeably better than KDP, and their pricing is more competitive. What I appreciate most is their reliable fulfillment service. They handle all my orders, even while I’m overseas, making the process very convenient. They can ship directly to customers, send stock to Amazon warehouses, or mail example copies to partners and copyright offices. Their ability to store inventory and print on demand quickly has been a huge help for my publishing needs. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service.

Smooth and painless integration!

Sindhuja and the integration team at Acutrack helped set our store up to sell paperback books easily. It was a straightforward process. The team replied promptly, answering all of my additional questions.

Printing’s tough. Fulfillment’s tougher. So many moving gears. So many ways to grind those gears.

If you’re seeking a printing and/or fulfillment partner with smooth-running gears, my experience with Acutrack has been excellent. And I’ve worked with several others I would not recommend so highly.

Aside from a beautiful printing job, and fulfillment that’s been as close to perfect as you can get, I’d like to offer two other observations you may find comforting.

When I found out their fulfillment system did not integrate with my landing-page provider, instead of having to totally remake months of hard work, Acutrack agreed to upgrade their own system to accommodate mine. Naturally, this has also allowed them to welcome in new business they would’ve had to turn away, but instead of turning their heads, they nodded yes. And if you’re using Wix, you can thank that decision so they can now accommodate you, too.

They were also willing to revisit an accounting error in their favor, and reverse the charges without a fight. Just try that with anyone else!

My recommendation: if you’ve managed to find Acutrack in your search for a fulfillment or printing partner, your search just concluded.

Also, a shout out to Sindhuja for always being there to help. If you’re lucky enough to land her as your customer success manager, you’re in good hands.

This was my first time in the self-publishing world and I'm so happy it was with Acutrack. From my first inquiry with Vaibhav (who was extremely helpful in explaining the process), to getting the proof and being able to make changes, to the printing of my book, to learning the system, I felt very taken care of. Sindhuja became my customer success manager and she was wonderful. All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion and support was offered when needed it. I will definitely continue to do business with Acutrack. This was easier than I expected and with the fulfillment being handled by them, I can totally focus on selling my book.

Working with Sindhuja has been a good experience. She is thorough attentive and on top of every task. Very professional and responsive. As a first time book author it would be helpful to have user experience with the software. It seems a little outdated and somewhat confusing. But overall I am happy with the final product.

From our first interactions with Raj, through to our current regular communication with Manmath, Acutrack has a very personal approach that we greatly appreciate.

Their backend system also integrates well with our WooCommerce ecommerce system, so that when orders come into our website, Acutrack is immediately notified and shipments go out without us needing to do anything. Pretty cool.
