We’ve had the pleasure of working with Ada Digital for the past 12 months, and I can confidently say that their digital marketing services have been nothing short of outstanding. From day one, their team took the time to understand our business goals, target audience, and unique challenges, crafting a tailored marketing strategy that truly set us up for success.

I started with Ada middle of August 2025. They spent over 2 weeks carrying out a deep dive audit on my ads account which I thought appeared productive yet very very expensive.

On the 1st September they then started rebuilding campaigns to the way they said they should be built and I agreed in principle. What quickly became apparent was the ridiculous daily changes being made to budgets and ROAS. Almost 4 changes per campaign per day on budget, many changes on ROAS, so erratic that it was so clear they hadn't a clue what they were doing! Some changes being made at 11pm at night! I have a full change history report showing a huge 12,800 changes in just 7 weeks, before they try to deny it!

They then failed to listen to clear instructions of agreed ROAS and ROI targets and then mixed these up which caused almost a complete stop in traffic and conversions! When I questioned this they were so dismissive and ended up "fixed" this by maximising clicks on high volume pmax campaigns which cost me a loss of £1,100 in a single day!!!! They also created an automated rule early on that caused a further 800 changes per week to the account meaning it could never ever stabilise or even have a chance at being profitable. The daily swings were the most insane I had ever experienced on an account that had been running nearly 6yrs and was successful.

During my time with them the account that had always been profitable and never in loss, lost over £7k in just 20 days during October, a peak trading month!!! Trying to talk to these useless people and get them to listen became impossible and they watched as I lost money almost every day over 23 days and just inflated their own egos telling me they are a great team and just to wait and give it time!!! I couldn't disagree more!! After already waiting nearly a month for this change to happen I became very annoyed they were not listening to me. The stress of losing so much money became so high that I ended up in hospital. After leaving hospital they made excuses as to why the account wasn't profitable which I knew was rubbish and have since found out from another agency just how bad the mismanagement was!

The excuses they made would no where near account for the serious losses we faced during October! After ADA ended our working relationship extremely abruptly, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. 3 of them on 1 call basically shouting me down and not listening to any of my concerns at all! These people lost me over £7k in 20 days and expected me not to react or become upset with them!

Since leaving them in less than 1 week of joining the new agency, they have identified over 40% wasted ad spend, removed it, stabilised the account and informed me ADA made over 12,800 changes in just 6 weeks! Utter madness!! They said it was insane and the management was the worst they have ever encountered by an agency!!

There were so many failings I had to put this in a structured letter to them and the new agency have provided indisputable proof. To say I am angry is an understatement. Funny enough the new agency worked on the account for just 48hrs and we were back to a very decent profit and the account started to stabilise over the coming weeks! Why ADA couldn't have done this at the first sign of serious loss makes me so so angry! A simple switch to GA4 reporting would of also stabilised the account in a matter of days not weeks, yet they made this so complicated!!

I have waited 3 months to post this review as I wanted to ensure the stability from the other agent wasn't short lived. It wasn't. We went from loosing 7k a month with ADA and barley a 200% ROAS to a steady 319% ROAS and decent profit! We removed every single one of their awful changes, the crazy automated 800 changes a week and their campaigns and it shows they haven't a clue, as my account bounced back almost instantly and has been consistent for over 2 months!

I cannot over emphasise how badly ADA ruined my business! The new agency stated it was over complicated, very poorly managed and worst of all stood absolutely no chance of finding any stability due to widely erratic behaviour and daily budget changes despite me questioning them on this DAILY!! As they refused to address the real issues, communicate effectively, have basic professionalism and make things easy, I was forced to send alot of emails and make calls because they just were not listening to me! I spent over an hour talking to the so called communications director and was promised an action plan that never arrived only to be met with another condescending email from the owner!

Avoid at all costs! Their response is a laughable one and a lie, on joining them I was not loosing anywhere near 7k in 23 days and outlined all the issues, they were 100% responsible. New agency has also confirmed with mountains of evidence. Proof is in the pudding! DISGRACE!
