The software is easy to use and conisitant from year to year! They flag the changes to data entry the IRS needs so you can sumbit forms smoothly and without complication.

The portal is user friendly and it is very beneficial that previous year documents can be recognized within memory and can be obtained easily.

The changes to enter your address even after purchasing credits every time you submit, forced me to give my employees my home address- as my credit card is linked to my home address. I will not be using this next year. Also, I paid to be able to print copies with it a watermark and was forced to print with a watermark anyways. As a professional, this caused my clients to questions if we outsourced our payroll this year, and caused me to lose clients due to them questioning this. It would have made much more sense to remove the red color from the form so ensure people would not submit a printed version (since IRS only accepts their official redforms and not printed documents anyways- and “copies” are never in red. Also having to enter state information multiple times made submissions get rejected and cost my company money for electronic filing to then have to pay for forms to manually file. Never again will my company use Adam Tax Forms due to the new changes. I will submit over 1000 forms elsewhere. Also, charging $1 and a 24 hour wait for a TIN check that can be checked immediately for free through the IRS should be fraudulent. Receipts do not match what was ordered either. I will have submitted 10 Federal w2s and it will show TIN checks for all of them as well on the receipt.

This will be our second year using Adams Tax Forms. It is very user friendly. We love the option of having the Copy B recipients being mailed and/or emailed. Love the alerts and confirmation that IRS received our documents. Great product!

The software is pretty straightforward to prepare the forms and file them. They’ve improved from last year where there were some major issues getting onto the website. The chat box is helpful and if it can’t assist, you can speak to an agent, a real person who usually can help solve any problem. I’ve been using this software for the past seven years to prepare my 1099 forms and it is easy to utilize the information from prior years.

It was very easy to e-file forms, once they were ready. However, for the forms that were rejected by IRS and needed correction, i had to go into each form and correct one and the same thing in Payee field, rather than correcting it at once for all forms.

Using Adams Tax Forms made processing and sending out our 1099's so ver much easier!! I do bookkeeping for 12 properties and entities, and using Adams Tax Forms made it quick and easy. And best of all, most of the information I will need for next year will still be there, making next year even easier!!

Love the simplicity of use and easy to follow directions. Added the service where Adams mailed the 1099's for us and went off without any problems.

The whole process was very easy, however I found hard to submit each recipient.
