Prebooked taxi arrived perfectly on time.
Helpful app showed driver go to the slightly incorrect destination marked and allowed me to phone him, at which point he immediately came directly to my location. Very friendly, approachable and helpful,

went to wrong address. I got a text saying taxi was outside, I looked and it wasn't. I rang control desk and they said it was on its way, not there (so why did they send text saying it was there?). After waiting some time, I checked again and it had gone to a different address with a different postcode. Driver knew the postcode he was at was not the postcode he was given but decided he was right and ignored the postcode. Very upsetting.

Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for both the experience you had and for the delay in responding to your review. Unfortunately, we were unaware of this Trust pilot account for some time as notifications were being sent to an incorrect email address, meaning we did not see your feedback sooner.
We are very sorry to hear that your taxi was sent to the wrong address and understand how frustrating and upsetting this must have been. Our drivers are expected to follow the booking details provided, including the correct postcode, and it is disappointing to learn that this did not happen on this occasion.
We also apologies for the confusion caused by the text message indicating that the vehicle had arrived when it was not at your location. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and will use your feedback to help improve our service and prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
