I was skeptical at first. I was using finasteride, minoxidil and dutasteride for a long time with a laser and also a roller. Used the shampoos too. But the results were just ok. The side effects were also getting to me. So I thought I’d try something new. I picked Adegen. I freaked out a little in the beginning. Had to go through the shedding phase. But when it kicked in, I’ve seen the change. My hairline is coming in nicely. And the crown is also filling in, which I didn’t think would happen. I haven’t seen this much hair on my head in years. Plus it looks like strong normal hair. Not peach fuzz. I use to say my head looks like a field of burnt grass. Now it looks like hair. I’m really happy

Hair growth works in cycles that typically last around 90 to 100 days, which is why it usually takes about 90 days to start seeing more noticeable results. At just 3 weeks in, it’s simply too early to see meaningful progress, so what you’re experiencing right now is completely normal.

I’ve used this product and it genuinely works well—but the direction the company has taken is disappointing. My last reciept for the 15x shows that I paid $90 with a 10% discount, and now it’s $150 plus shipping, even within a discount, that $50 price hike within a couple of months. That’s nearly double in a year. I go through a bottle about once every month, and at that price, it’s just not sustainable for most people.
I’m sure there are explanations about rising costs, but it’s hard to believe they justify such a steep increase. On top of that, the brand now feels overly sales-driven. I recently got an email saying my cart would “expire” with a countdown timer—carts don’t expire, and that kind of tactic feels unnecessary and a bit manipulative.
It’s frustrating because the product itself is good. I just wish the company would focus on keeping it accessible and trustworthy, rather than pushing aggressive pricing and marketing.

There are so many other products that are not based on research
There are so many other products that make absolutely no sense i.e., take this supplement and grow hair. The Adegen product makes sense i.e., it stimulates the dead follicles with micro needling and the drops are part of the experience. It really works. When I see all the other products out there that claim to grow hair. Like, pull your ear lobes 10 times, spin around and poof, you will grow hair. Ha Ha

After years of watching my receding…
After years of watching my receding hairline growing larger and larger and knowing I couldn’t afford a hair transplant, I started experimenting with hair growth companies when I hit 50. I tried three over a 3 year period to very little positive results then decided to try Adegen after watching the videos a couple times AND after a year my wife and I are seeing serious positive results with actual hair growth! So I definitely will continue on the Adegen path!

I am in my 80's
I am in my 80's. I started January 2024. I took pictures with wet hair. I have not posted.
I gave you 6 months to see results. I followed your instructions implicitly for those 6 months. I am not tech adept. Hence no present or future pictures.
I appreciated the regular updates. Helpful and reassuring when I was feeling like I was not getting 'results' or feeling like my bald spots were not filling in and one of your updates would arrive. Almost like you were reading my mind and my doubts. LOL
My hairdresser pointed out and showed all the new growth that was happening by the 6 month point.
I am still using the products. I still do not have the full head of hair I once had, but it has filled in better than it was.
I also experimented with not using the product for a month after a year of religious use. I decided it was better to keep using the product.
Hair shiny, soft and it looks waaay better than it did in January of 2024. This is February of 2026. No longer hair long and wrapped up on the head to 'hide' bald spots. My hair cut shorter and I wear it down. Still have bald spots but they are now smaller and less noticeable. I am less self conscious and happier with my hair. If I was tech savvy I would post the changes.
I do the roller twice a week and shampoo and oil daily.

Like diet or exercise, hair health requires consistency — if you stop completely, you’ll eventually return to your prior state.
Adegen focuses on restoring scalp health first. Once results are achieved, many customers maintain them with the ARB Shampoo and regular brushing — it’s far easier to maintain than to restore.
Hair transplants have improved, but they move hair from one area to another without addressing the underlying cause of hair loss. They’re also limited by donor follicles, and many people require additional procedures as hair loss progresses.

The product was not delivered, and customers service seems not to care about it. I’ve been a close for over 3 years the product works, however if the company wants to grow even more it would be helpful to have a customer service that can be on top of deliveries instead of just washing their hands

It's been over a week since the label…
It's been over a week since the label for my order was printed and it still has not shipped. When I inquired, all I received we the same information I could get myself. After this long, I would expect a little more information and effort in resolving this issue.

I am still a bit confused on the…
I am still a bit confused on the application instructions. I have both the sprayer and the dropper, not really sure if I should be using the dropper and if so, how do you get the ingredients from the spray bottle into the dropper. I have just been applying the spray (not the shampoo) onto the dry hair, after I use the roller that wwas included in the shipment. Just use the sprayer? Does that replace the use of the dropper. The youtube video shows the person using the dropper.

Thanks for your review and for bringing this up — happy to clarify. You can actually use either the sprayer or the dropper to apply the serum; both work just fine. Most customers prefer the sprayer since it's quicker and easier. Ten sprays equal 1ml of the dropper. Hope this helps and if you have other questions do reach out to us over email. Thanks!
Customer service is second to none
Customer service is second to none! Been using the products for a little over a year with a few pauses so the inconsistency has come from my side, but when I am consistent, my hair stops falling out and looks so much healthier. Still on my journey but I gotta say, 5 star customer service from John and the team. No blanket statements. They'll ask about your situation and your daily habits and give you an NAS based off of that.

I was really hopeful this would work…
I was really hopeful this would work but after month & months of following the directions I have NO RESULTS! I would not buy again. My suggestion to all is read all reviews before you buy. It seems these days that EVERYONE IS FALSEY ADVERTISING with NO CONSEQUENCES for misleading information on their products. This goes for almost EVERYTHING ADVERTISED from food to hair to makeup & on and on. I am thinking a big law suit is a comming.

I've only been using the products for a week. When I first washed my hair and then tried to blow dry it I was frustrated because the shampoo seemed to leave a residue. However, I kept using the products and tools and found that by the 3rd wash I no longer had the residue. I will continue to use the system in hopes of great results.
