Disgusting and illegal business practice
They sell badly made shapeless dresses which are only suitable for the bin.
They have an illegal clause in their conditions which insist that returns are at the cost of the buyer.
This is illegal under UK on-line consumer law.

What a Con!

Adelia Voss claims to be a UK-based mother-and-daughter business, but my experience suggests otherwise.

The items I received did not match the descriptions provided. One item was advertised as being made of linen, including in their Instagram video, but the product delivered was actually polyester.

I have tried repeatedly to contact Adelia Voss regarding a return, but my emails have been completely ignored for the past eight weeks despite multiple follow-up attempts.

To make matters worse, the items took three weeks to arrive and were shipped from China, which contradicts their claim of being a UK-based mother-and-daughter shop.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.

Scam!! Avoid!! I had my expensive dress that should be from London, but came from China. Cheap fabric, nothing as presented on an advert. I contacted Custome services for a refund. Only 20% was offered unless I send it back to China!! Joke!! I asked for full refund- and then I heard nothing from them! Avoid!!!

I ordered a jumpsuit, which when it came was bundled up into a tiny bag and severely creased. It also didn’t fit.
I tried to return it and then discovered it was from China which would cost a fortune to return.
After the email telling me this, I tried contacting them to say this was unacceptable as I thought it was a London company and that I cannot keep the jumpsuit with a discount as it does not fit. I have had no reply!! I am so fed up of this type of thing happening. It is awful.

FAKE FAKE FAKE ***** Do not purchase anything from this website. Total lies. Had some communication and managed to get an address. Sent it back to China and now they won’t refund! The fabric was crap and not like in the picture! Also said it was a shop in London but it is a Chinese website. These people should not be allowed to get away with it. They need to be held accountable Poor people are not getting there money back. Disgusting

Do not use this company they are scammers and you will loose your money . Got an email saying my order had been delivered but it hasn't

Ordered my dress but when it arrived fabric looked cheap and it didn’t fit properly, tried to return the dress but even after at least six emails they wouldn’t give me an return address and when I turned down the offer of 20% off and keeping the dress they stopped answering my emails, I will NEVER buy anything from them again and I hope that other people will read the reviews and do they same, it’s a scam company!!

0 stars. I placed an order in March for a gift. It’s showing as delivered but it’s also showing as in transit. Contacted them three times. No reply. £40 I won’t get back. Do not order from this place. Definitely a scam.

Scammers . £50 for a dress that was trash … not replying to emails

This company is scamming people - should be avoided at all costs! I ordered a dress which when it finally arrived looks nothing like the photos. The dress is very poor quality and isn’t even branded. Also can’t return it as would have to pay delivery to China - clearly not a London based family business at all! Their website is making false claims about the reviews. This company should be forced to cease trading immediately.

Do not use this company. The dresses are poor quality and I am having trouble returning the products for a refund . They do not communicate

Wish I had read Trust Pilot reviews before my purchase! I paid £44.95 for a dress, when it finally arrived the quality was poor, nothing like the picture on the website, Amelia Voss ‘family run company‘!!! States full refund within 30 days of receipt, now been trying to email
to arrange a return and refund and guess what no reply to any of my emails, DO NOT I repeat DO NOT order from this company they are ripping people off

It is impossible to return anything so do NOT buy from the company

Poor quality dress, far to big in size and now I want to return it, they are not responding, I expect it will need to go back to China. My advise don't bother

Terrible. Dont purchase.
I ordered a dress £45 and though it it’s not great I can just return.
They sent a skirt and top. Won’t reply to emails, I’ve sent 3 now. The 3rd with advice from my credit card company advising they now have 15 days to respond. Luckily I am covered as I purchased on my credit card and the item was incorrect.

Cheap dress.badly made. Tried to return it. Emailed 4 times till I got a reply. You need to return it to China which costs £26.
Im sure they will not refund the money so not only will you pay for rubbish but you pay to return it.
Do not use Adelia Voss they are terrible.

Shouldn’t be allowed to trade . Sent wrong item I paid £45 . Tried to return they provided address in China which would cost £25 . They don’t respond to emails & quality makes SHEIN look like Harvey Nicks . Scammers

Have to give 1 star but should be minus. Absolute load of junk. Products look nothing like the photos. Requested return and they won’t send me return instructions. Didn’t even collect second parcel which was automatically returned to them but have received no refund. Scammers

I would give no stars if I was able. DO NOT under any circumstances buy anything from this sham of a company.
The website looks convincing-London based fashion company. Lovely pictures. Even one of what seems to be the founders. But it's a complete scam. Firstly I'm really annoyed with myself for falling for it. I bought over £100 of clothes which after over a month finally arrived today. Absolute rubbish. The material is all polyester, the fit and finishing dreadful. I repeat DO NOT be fooled like I was. I'm usually so good at spotting scams. In the words of The Who, I won't get fooled again!
