Adelphi Group of Companies Opiniões

Excellent service, very quick and reliable. Have been a customer on and off for years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We have a great collaboration with Adelphi group and we hope that we will continue the great work!
Τheir products are of very good quality (Stainless steel vessels) and they have a great customer service, ready to help you with anything you may need!

We are very pleased with the quality of service Adelphi provides. We sincerely appreciate the responsiveness and the way they conduct business. We are appreciated for the highly professional service.

We were really happy with the fast service Joanna and the whole Adelphi team gave us in providing us with a liquid viewer. Their communication and delivery service were excellent.

We have been talking to Adelphi on and off for about a year and have been very impressed by their expertise and helpfulness.

We were pleased to be able eventually to buy a filling machine when the grant that supports us allowed us to. Adelphi demo'ed the machine and we bought it a few days later. It was delivered within days, and we were given an excellent training session in-situ by Paul.

Thank you to everyone there, including Paul, Glenys, Nicole, Jeremy and Dean, as well as Ian for his help in the early days of our contact, guiding us towards the most suitable equipment for our purposes.

Fantastic efficient friendly service!

Top quality filler purchased and a top demonstration provided by a nice engineer.

Will definitely work with Adelphi in the future!

We love our Adelphi filling machine and the team behind it. The support Adelphi offers surpasses all expectation. Any hour of any day, if we have a little snag in our filling room, Dean is right there at the end of the telephone line diagnosing and fixing problems. Amazing.

Responsive communicators, efficient processing, fast turn around. High quality vessels. That's all you need and that's all Adelphi delivered to us here in the USA. Will certainly be ordering again when the job requires.

Adelphi have always been incredibly helpful and insightful when supplying our filling machine needs and equipment. They are always attentive to any issues that may arise and only a phone call away. We would highly recommend them.

I recently ordered the Apollo I Liquid viewer Box and was dependent on the delivery arriving in Switzerland within a few days. The employees were extremely helpful and reliable. Within a week the financial part as well as the delivery was completed and the box was ready for use. The quality of the box is also top notch and allows particles to be seen as reliably as possible. Thanks a lot! Until the next order.

I have my filler for going on to 20 years and never had a problem. I can use it manually or hitched to a computer - it's easy to use, a real workhorse in our lab environment. About once a year I need to replace the silicone tubing (that's not specific to adelphi that's specific to our business, we use it to bottle our essential oil synergies) and the staff is always very competent and friendly. You know a company is a great company when they keep quality high for so many years.

Ordered a Profiller capsule filler and was very happy with the service and product. Would definitely use again.

Extremely Helpful and were very patient with our decision making. Felt cared for from design process to installation. After installation care is spot on.

Adelphi helped us to develop a bespoke and very novel solution. Their Director Francisco Neto was great at identifying a complete solution to meet our requirements. Jeremy Hart, the Technical Director transformed the spec into a detailed design that was within our budget. The final product surpassed our expectations and was delivered on time. I would most definitely work with Adelphi in the future.

We have been working with Adelphi for a number of years and always had great customer service. The engineering and sales team are knowledgeable and responsive to requirement.
I would recommend the company for filling machines as they are adaptable to customer requirement.

Worked with the Adelphi team in 2019. Extremely friendly and accommodating team who went above and beyond expectations to deliver a high quality end product. Also visited their manufacturing facility which was of a very high standard. Will definitely work with Adelphi in the future
