We had a very positive experience with the ADHDX assessment service. As a family, we had been waiting a long time for support, so this assessment came at the right time for us.

We felt listened to throughout the process, which was very important. The assessment and diagnosis helped us understand our daughter’s needs more clearly and gave us useful guidance on how to support her.

I strongly believe that this type of service should be available in more schools. Our experience with ADHDX has been extremely positive from start to finish.

The process was well structured and easy to follow. It began with an in-person meeting, parents and Dr Hatem El-Emam, followed by a detailed questionnaire that both we, as parents, and our child's school completed.
I then had two online meetings where the assessment was explained thoroughly, and I had the opportunity to ask questions and better understand the findings.

What stood out most was how stress-free the entire process was, both for me and my child. Everything was handled professionally, with empathy and understanding, making me feel supported throughout. The collaboration with the school was seamless, and we appreciated how everyone involved worked together to build a complete picture of the child's needs.

I personally came away feeling listened to, informed, and much more confident about the next steps.
