The most despicable customer service

The most despicable customer service! They have lost 2 of my 4 returned items and every time I call, I get a different answer. Still no call back from manager, still no refund. Does anyone know how i escalate this? They've basically stolen from me

Truly awful customer service

Truly awful customer service, slow, unhelpful and really poor. I am not sure if this Adidas AE is a franchise but for a global-conglomerate its like dealing in a third world country. Took two weeks to exchange an item due to wrong size and customer service when i called were unbelievably unhelpful and uncaring.

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a disappointing experience with both product quality and customer service at your Mall of the Emirates outlet.

I purchased a pair of Adidas running shoes from your branch, which began to show damage within the first month of purchase. I reported the issue and, after raising a complaint, the shoes were replaced. Unfortunately, the replacement pair also started to deteriorate within just 15 days.

When I approached the store again, I dealt with the manager on duty, Mr. Bader, whose conduct I found to be highly unprofessional. He initially assured me that he would seek approval for another replacement. However, I have now received a call informing me that the replacement has not been approved.

This entire experience has left me extremely disappointed, as I expect Adidas, a globally trusted brand, to uphold higher standards in both product quality and customer care. Being denied a fair resolution after repeated product failures is unacceptable and does not reflect the values I associate with Adidas.

I request your urgent intervention to resolve this matter fairly and professionally. I trust that Adidas will take this complaint seriously and provide an appropriate resolution, whether through replacement or refund, along with ensuring improved customer service at your stores.

Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your prompt response.

No refund for returned item

I returned an item which was the wrong size for me last 21st May 2025 and until now did not get any confirmation from Adidas that I will get my refund despite the item being received by them through Aramex. When I try to contact them, I keep getting an email saying that it is being addressed by their "team" but without any other emails after that.

The worst experience of my life

The worst experience of my life !
I bought adidas samba og shoes back in november as a gift for my mom and travelled to my home country. The shoes turned out to be small. I contacted adidas within the 30 days return period and they told me that I can return it. A few days later I received a message from aramex informing me that they will pick up my order. I printed the return label sent by aramex (which was the return label of another order and I didn’t notice that) and I placed it on the shoes box back in January. Today, june 11, 6 months later, I still haven’t received my refund. After contacting adidas uae via +20 phone calls and +20 emails, they claimed that their warehouse didn’t receive the shoes. I got proof from aramex that the shoes was delivered to their warehouse in january 15 but still didn’t hear from them. I can’t believe that after 6 months of continuous emails and phone calls, they don’t have a solution for my problem.
I’m never buying from adidas ever again. Such an unprofessional company!!!

A very disappointing and unprofessional online service.

Order Confirmation:

Thanks for shopping at adidas. Your order will be processed by Global-e Online Ltd., as ‘Merchant of Record’. We are happy to inform you that this order is now confirmed and we will begin processing your purchase for dispatch.

Order cancellation:

We confirm that your order has been cancelled and any charges made will be reversed. Should you require any further information or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

A rude and blatant order cancellation without any explanation from a reputed company with a worldwide presence. Beware of online purchases and avoid unnecessary stress. Atleast they should have the courtesy to give a reason for the cancellation of order.

Highly unprofessional and against all business ethics.

Worst customer service call center. A bunch of unhelpful guys receiving clients requests with zero problem solving skills. I would never recommend ordering online to avoid dealing with such service.

I wish I could give a zero

I wish I could give a zero. The worst in UAE. They've sent me faulty shoes, tried to return them for a week and finally I was out from 30 days for return. They finally accepted it and took the shoes, but no refund! They are sending me emails I can't reply to!! And no one picking up the phone! THE WORST!!

OMG I cannot comment positively. I ordered many many items from them. Online and orders received very quickly but returns, just for a different size, has been a nightmare. Ring their customer services number and wait 25 minutes, to some lady hanging up on me. Ring again, wait 30 minutes to be told I cannot exchange size only instore. I had gone to 3 stores to be told not available in-store, only online and cannot do anything but call customer services. I Have given up. Total disaster in Middle East Adidas I must say. Totally disappointed after paying AED1,149 for a running jacket, change of size not possible. Never ever again. Thanks for nothing. Geraldine

Adidas sold a misused product and refuse to repair, replace or refund...

I recently purchased a pair of Adidas shoes, but unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Upon receiving the shoes, I noticed they were clearly a defective product with visible threads coming out, Adidas quality team accepted that product been misused, So it must have been used + misused by Adidas warehouse team and later product was sold to me. The shoes were not in the condition I expected for a brand-new purchase.

When I reached out to Adidas customer service, hoping to get the issue resolved, I was met with a refusal to repair, replace, or even refund the defective product. Despite providing all the necessary evidence, their support team was unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me stuck with faulty shoes that I can’t even use.

As a loyal customer who has always trusted the Adidas brand, this experience has left me deeply disappointed. I would strongly caution others to think twice before purchasing, as it seems that quality control and customer satisfaction are no longer a priority for this company.

Adidas.ae has admitted in an e mail to…

Adidas.ae has admitted in an e mail to me by mistake that they have the wrong sizing advice for Yeezy shoes on their website! And they still do not want to exchange my shoes bought according to their sizing advice!
They came back and gave me 20% discount voucher, which I will never use as I will never buy anything from them again.
Don’t buy anything from adidas.ae it is a disgraceful company that doesn’t care about its customers or the reputation of adidas! Horrible experience!
Their customer service are unhelpful and outright liars in writing and in the phone!
If anybody out there knows how to escalate this to adidas Germany please comment! I hate being cheated and will try to figure out how to complain to the UAE authorities for consumer’s rights if any one know how to do that please comment here.

No refund and fake promises

I returned a product because the size was small. They picked up the item and after 25 days and so many calls to thier customer support team, NOTHING. Fake promises everytime and managers that are either scared or incompetent to attend a call back request.

Processed refund for more than a month ...advised they took it to emergency case still over a month since they took the item ...no refund nor compensation insight for over limit I paid on my credit card due to their slow reply...
