Terrible service

Terrible service. Charged me shipping that was supposed to be free. No reply to messages on their app or on facebook. Promised to refund within 24 hours and 4 days later still nothing.

They have the worst customer service!!

They have the worst customer service!!! I got a badly stiched t shirt with a hole and requested to return it and only got a response after a one and half months.That too after sending three followup emails! I ain't returning anything back! They are the absolute worst

2 cancelled orders this month and can't…

2 cancelled orders this month and can't even make a simple change of size on a current order which has not even been processed. (2 hours old order) I have to wait for them to process, ship and then get a refund and re-order. what a stupid waste when a small business can offer a before experience and have a better technology something is very wrong. Happy to provide all the details and and terrible experience, Nike has been much better!

Ordered some slides never received…

Ordered some slides never received them. Contacted them regarding this and they said they got returned because was not picked up in allocated time. I received no notification that I had to pick them up. They didn’t contact me to say they had been returned. I had to follow it up and also follow up my money back. A simple email saying they been returned and money will be refunded would of been nice. Not me chasing them for my money back.

Absolute joke for an international…

Absolute joke for an international company. Placed 2 orders which were birthday gifts, over a month later they sling an email saying one order is cancelled. On line chat is a crappy waiting game that results in getting nowhere.

Please don’t bother buying from Adidas…

Please don’t bother buying from Adidas online stores. I’ve been waiting for my orders for more than 4weeks and it is still in their warehouse! I’ve contacted few times to CS team and they are not helpful. I have email today from adidas the cancelled my order What a joke! This is Second time adidas cancel my order

Never ever buy adidas

I think management doesn’t care about review and listen to customers. What a shame!

I ordered some shoes over a month ago

I ordered some shoes over a month ago. I was informed about a 10 day delay due to moving warehouses. Its been a further 20 days with no update and my order hasn't been dispatched. I have contacted the support team on email and via facebook. Only had a reply on facebook with next to no valuable information. Just be patent. No update on the order or when it will arrive. Really disapointed with the lack of communication and transparency to a regular customer who will be moving on to another brand.

I have been trying to call Adidas…

I have been trying to call Adidas Australia and to ask them why they do not have anything available for 3xl in their online shop. I coach rugby players, weightlifters and athletes - all are huge athletes but Adidas has forgotten this in their range and sizing...unless you are all black fan…what is worst they continually bombard people with marketing confusing advertisements for products they do not even produce in their customer's size in their ‘creators club’. This club is simply a marketing tool to gather customer data for free to use for marketing purposes and research. The Adidas telephone automated service is as bad maybe worse than Telstra's - they have no idea how to look after customers in Australia which is why n&$e kicks their butt here. I am not recommending them to any of my athletes now - better off with other brands.

Once upon a time Adidas thought about athletes, but over 15% wear sizes larger than Adidas is prepare to offer. Adidas continually refuses to meet the basic market size needs in Australia– and there is nothing to suggest this will change… pretty sad really…

Customer service is so slow it’s…

Customer service is so slow it’s basically non existent. I bought a pair of leggings and runners a few months ago. Within 6 weeks of minimal wear, leggings fabric falling apart and fly knit runners developed holes. Quality seems as poor as their customer service. I won’t ever buy adidas again.

Adidas must get the staff PUMA reject!

Two staff members at the Birkenhead Store just displayed the worst level of customer service that I have ever experienced. In a time when foot traffic is critical for business, no business deserves staff members like those at the Adidas Store in Birkenhead.
Their rudeness was easily solved; I went to PUMA on the next level down and was served by an exceptional young man who was grateful for the sales he received on a Friday afternoon.

Ordered a mens hoodie on a Monday and…

Ordered a mens hoodie on a Monday and it arrived on Friday of the same week. First class communication from order process to delivery. Quality item as you would expect from adidas. Will buy again with confidence from this site. Go adidas team during this difficult covid situation in Melbourne.

Waiting on a refund since 25th May :(

Waiting on a refund since 25th May. Tried to be patient (what with the coronavirus delays), however I have sent multiple emails with no responses, cannot call anybody or even contact someone in messenger chat. I sent my package back instantly, and they received it without issues but I just want my money back. :(

ZERO out of 5 star rating. Do not use their online services. What you read in this forum is true. Their customer service has every perfect excuse to pass the blame like Auspost or coronavirus or holiday period, etc... I've waited for 21 days for a pair of shoes. Still no sign of it. I've raised the issue with my bank for a charge back. Ring consumer affairs if you have to. Exercise your rights. It doesn't make sense to wait over a month for a "Express Post" parcel to arrive from within Australia.

Order placed 2 weeks ago and it hasn't even been shipped!

Worst customer service ever. I bought some items from them 2+ weeks ago and they haven't even been shipped. Tried to contact them by phone with no success. In their chat they're useless. Sent an email, no response.
Do yourself a favour and do not order online. They are clearly not dispatching orders and they're just taking your money (look at others' reviews)

I BOUGHT PAIR OF SHOES FROM THEM .AND I GOT THE SMALLER SIZE I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM AS PER THIER STUPID POLICY YOU CANT EXCHANGE THE SHOES FOR DIFFERENT SIZE YOU CAN REFUND ONLY .SO AS I DID SEND THEM THE SHOES BACK . AND HAVENT SEEN MY REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT FOR WEEK AND I CONTACT THEM AGIAN OVER A LIVE CHAT AND THEY TOLD ME IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME TO REACH WAREHOUSE AND THEN I WILL TAKE MORE 2 WEEKS TO ACCESS IT AND THEN IT WILL TAKE MORE 3 BUSINESS DAY TO COME TO MY ACCOUNT WHAT A SHAME I WASNT EXPECT THAT FROM I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGIAN ... HORRIABLE SERVICE
