What a crappy service.
It feels like in 2025 they had to do some extra push-ups to make their website so user unfriendly. Simple solutions are out there, yet they fall short to implement the most obvious things.
Friendly quick sign-ins with google, apple, etc? - No
Standard min password length of 6-8 symbols? - No, you have to struggle to come up with at least 12 symbols. Are you a freaking bank?
Just a horrible experience.

multichannel app attribution is sophisticated and useful for business growth, but contract renewal needs to be given 3 months in advance and auto renewal is 6 months, predatory to say the least

Totally useless! It seemed great at the beginning but the original retailer did not respond to any of their contact and so they just CLOSED THE COMPLAINT!
The issue remains unresolved but Ajust keep closing the case so they don’t have to do anything further.

What was the point of the time to set it all up? Useless!

Adjust betreibt auch eine Website die zur Entwicklung des Produktes dienen soll. Da werden via WhatApp und Telegram User gesucht, die da Pseudoverkäufe in einem Tool generieren.
Aber dafür muss man eigenes Geld in USDT (Crypto) einsetzen. Man startet zb mit 100 USDT. Dann "kauft" man bei einigen Unternehmen ein. Aber während dieser Tätigkeiten muss man plötzlich zb 300 USDT nachzahlen, damit das weiter geht.
Ich habe das jetzt einige male gemacht. Wenn du nicht nachzahlst, hast du dein Geld verloren.
Das waren die Antworten des Handling Agenten und des Betreuers.
Warum das die Firma nicht selbst finanziert und mit welchem Geld da Erträge für diese Pseudokäufe bezahlt werden, ist nicht ersichtlich.

Ich habe bei der formellen E-Mail Adress von Adjust GmbH nachgefragt, ob diese Webite tatsächlich in ihrem Auftrag betrieben werde oder ob das Scam sei.
Antwort habe ich keine erhalten.

Sobald ich entsprechende Antworten erhalten habe, werde ich diese selbstverständlich hier wieder einfügen

In January 2024 I had delivered a bed from the company through Fairway Furniture Newton Abbot Devon 2 times 3foot Adjust a bed Linden Pocket 1000 cost £2500+ but I am having trouble finding 3foot fitted sheets. I rang the company and also Fairway Furniture who were most unhelpful I would have thought they would have some suggestions other go on line.

I have been an adjut user for 3 years and paid 34k eur in total so far. to this day my tracking doesnt work and its very diffcult to get any suport. of course you are locked in a contract so you cant get out so beware what you sign. i hope this company can improve their customer success team because it feels really frustrating not being able to use the tool or understand it.. and then all you get is some first level support with vague answers.

Omg where do i even start?! Even though they are considered the cheaper option in the market, their tools don't do what its supposed to do, especially on skan. We find ourselves having to look for a new attribution tool as we cant trust the data we are seeing from adjust. Its appalling that they are still charging customers money when their core business proposition is to provide accurate data for their customers and they cant even do that! :(

The product did not deliver what it promised and most annoyingly we found ourselves locked in a 1-year contract because of what turned out to be very vague wording in the contract itself. Adjust did not provide any explanations or showed any flexibility after we complained about it and just gave us a super cold reply. Overall, we were very disappointed by both the product and the customer support. We obviously did not renew our plan and won't recommend the product.

One of the best advertisement tracking companies. But it is expensive. On their website I can't see their pricing. I see these features:

Retention, Cohort and LTV reports

SMS and Push Notification tracking

Unlimited lookback window

Advanced Deeplinking

Unlimited app and partner tracking

Retargeting with any partner

These are the features but I can't see their prices. I think they should show their pricing here.
