This is a brilliant storage company.

Can't thank Luke and the reception staff enough. Luke was very helpful and really pleasant. They made the situation alot simpler for me and couldn't rate them enough. On my occasion the lift was not working but this never usually happens I was told. We had 2 hrs to move all the stuff without the lift, therefore using the metal steps with the removal company but Luke helped shift the stuff and can't thank him enough. Will definitely recommend and thanks again Luke and staff :).. would definitely use again. Good rates also.

Fantastic service from start to finish. communication was excellent and the 2 lads who moved me into storage and then into my home were excellent and friendly I would use Admiral again in a heartbeat.

I put almost the entire contents of my flat into storage six years ago and have just had it delivered to my new home. The unit was secure and everything was fitted in to the smallest possible space like a giant 3D Tetris! The reception staff were excellent - friendly and helpful each time I went there. I had their removals people to take my stuff there and was asked whether I'd like the same team to bring it from the unit at the end of its stay. The removals team (led by Tony) and their coordinator (Luke) were all friendly, professional and efficient. Not a single item is damaged that I can see and the whole process was made very easy and non-stressful. Thanks to all! I'd certainly use them all again!

I agreed a storage locker following a video call and arranged for Admirals own removal people to collect my property. I wanted to empty the spare bedroom while I sold my house.
A few months later I went to the facility to remove an item and discovered that the room was much larger than necessary.
After 12 months I started to remove my property and found, right at the back and covered with a blanket, a unit which had sustained damage. When I brought this to the attention of the staff I was told that when I entered the room to remove my belongings I had signed a disclaimer so they weren’t responsible for the damage.
I would suggest looking around as they are not cheap and following my experience they will not take responsibility for the damage they’d caused when moving my property.

The customer service provided by this company is great, I had really helpful support from the Reception Staff, and they easily found the perfect storage locker for me. No problems at all and would definitely use their storage lockers & services again & would recommend to friends!!
