We are sorry to see that you left us a negative score when we had just issued you a full refund for your purchase as requested. Please be advised that receiving the funds on your card may take up to 5 business days. We ask for your patience in this matter!

Your card was not charged twice by Admirria. You have only one successful payment for CA$ 320.00 with us, which you made on Jan 25 for the purchase of our Progressive course. This payment was refunded to you on Jan 26. We attached the details in reply to your email. If you have any proof of the second charge, like screenshots or bank statements, we kindly ask you to provide them to us in an email.
We do not have any known communication with you on the phone because you have never called our Support team at +442045772182. Our representatives are always polite and professional, and we believe the rude calls could not have been from anyone from Admirria. 

Admirria is based in the UK, as you can see on our website: https://admirria.com/contact. We have never hidden it and never claimed to be based elsewhere, so we are not sure why you make your accusations of the opposite.

Admirria is loved and respected by our students, and we want our reputation to reflect this. We have done everything possible to assist you with your refund swiftly, but we cannot influence how quickly banks process the payment. We kindly advise you to expect the refund of your payment within 5 business days. Please email us when you receive the money or if you need further assistance!

We always treat our customers with care and respect. Thus, we are sure that the harassment you, unfortunately, suffer from is not caused by any representatives of Admirria.

We do not communicate with our customers via messengers like Whatsapp or Signal. We are available via phone, email, live chat and contact form on our website and our official social media. All of our courses can be accessed on the website https://admirria.com. You were sent the login details to the page in an email after making the purchase with us.

Admirria delivers exceptional online financial education to our students. We are well-liked and recommended by many traders who want their clients to be educated. However, we are not brokers, and our clients cannot trade on our website. You could not have been promised that by any representative of Admirria. We have carefully reviewed the details you kindly provided by email and confirmed that the Adam you mentioned does not belong to our company.

We understand that the situation that happened to your friend is causing her and you both a lot of stress, and we sincerely empathise with you. We kindly ask you for the same in return. Admirria values its reputation. As with any big company, we have negative feedback too, and we deal with it by improving and doing our best to investigate and resolve the issues of our customers. You are not giving us this fair chance to investigate the situation.

We must point out that we were not able to get in touch with you. None of our employees could have possibly called you because you did not email or call us at the provided contact details. We have also received a notification from Trustpilot that you did not respond to their request for more information. Admirria does not collect our customers' phone numbers, and we do not make outgoing calls. Admirria also does not require our customers to download any third-party software like Anydesk to use our services. We are an online financial education provider, so our students can access the courses they purchased by simply logging in to their account at https://admirria.com.

The companies you mention are not known to us. Many traders recommend our website as an educational resource because they want their clients to be educated. This is how you could have easily come across our company. You write that you have proof of correspondence with a person who claims to work at our company - we urge you to share the details with us by email. Then we can look into the situation and hopefully clear everything up. Our staff are conducting themselves professionally, and our employees could not have cut off the call or been rude to you on the phone. Of course, measures will be taken if your accusations turn out to be true.

Admirria offers a selection of learning courses, videos and e-books on how to trade, analyze the markets, develop strategies and so on. A part of our content is indeed on how to trade cryptocurrencies, but we do not provide or accept any services in cryptocurrencies.
