My order
Today I placed an order for a dog flea collar and the result was the following:- my payment was taken and is now pending in my account already. I received no confirmation that my order was approved. I have sent an email regarding this along with two messages via your customer service with no reply. I have tried to get a telephone number to speak to someone again no luck. It seems that you take the money but don't follow with the confirmation of the order. This poor customer services and needs to be reviewed

I payed for a Neon Strawberry Shortcake but I did not receive it after 4 days!
I payed for a Neon Strawberry Shortcake Bat Dragon, but its been 4 days and I have NOT received my pet that I payed for yet! And they say that your order should come in 1-2 hours, or if it was a big order, 48 hours! But I ordered a small order and they did NOT give me my order yet! They even DECLINED my friend request!!! I am SO fustrated! I have NOT gotten my pet yet, even though I payed A LOT of money for it! HELP!!!!!!

Best place ever
Best place ever ! Will buy pets only from here ! I loved the experience . I work in the court house and lady made time work in less than three hours ! Very impressed with this ! Will be buying for my daughter again ! Thank you sooo much !!!!!!! I am so happy !!!! Bought twice in one day super duper easy and fast love this place !
