Scam company, do not use. Ordered something weeks ago. Zero customer service after several emails to them.

ORDER A 3D SANTA CRASHING INTO THE DORR TE AD CLEARLY SHOWS ITS 3D WITH KIDS TOUCHING IT ETC. WAS EVENTUALLY SENT 2 PRINT OF SANTA WITH RINGS FOR HANG SUCH THAT ARE BROKEN £27 DOWN THE DRAIN. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED CHECK TRUST PILOT UNLESS ITS A COMPANY YOU ALREADY TRUST.

Absolute scum, selling kids viral toys just to rip you off.

Bought dehumidifier bags. They don't work at all, last less than 24 hours before they're apparently used up (ads say 3-4 weeks) and customer service don't reply to emails. I don't usually fall for these sorts of scams but clearly got caught out this time. Don't be duped.

They are scambugs. Stay away. After paying for a product, you never hear from them.

Wouldn’t have given this company a one star but had to unfortunately to write this review I ordered on 20/11/25 and not heard a word back I’ve contacted via emails ! Meta ! Clearpay ! And their own website? But nothing back from please stay away from them they are clearly a fraudulent company that just doesn’t care for acknowledge their customers I’ve been extremely patient and have asked for a full refund asap let’s hope I receive my money back soon!
Please don’t order from them you won’t get any kind of service 😡

Scam website

I placed an order and have still not received. I paid via clearpay and they have said they can not get involved with getting a refund. I have sent a number of emails and have had no response from them.

Do not use this company. It’s a scam. No order ever received

Bought an item from an ad on facebook, got an email saying my payment has been received. After this there was no communication, no dispatch, no reply to emails. Raised a dispute through my credit card and am thankfully getting the money back. I should have used trustpilot before buying, please stay clear from this website.

Ordered foundation back in September, still waiting for it to arrive absolutely a scam. Emailed them in October, received a fake tracking number. No longer replying to emails.

Do Not, and I mean do not order from this site, Do Not believe the reviews as they are fake... yes FAKE.
I ordered the 3 bags of dehumidifier beads,, omg, they are no bigger than the ones you get when you buy a handbag or purse. Cost me £24 and I have tried to rectify but they won't respond. Now im returning them to the address on the website, and I will then raise a chargeback with the bank. They are not what you ordered, absolutely appalling.

Do not buy from this website.. still waiting on my eye cream 56 days now.. yodel received parcel but said the condition of parcel was not acceptable and returned it.. I have sent 6 emails with no response.. awful customer service don’t waste your time or money with them !!

I ordered 2 x eye tubes in mid September. I have just had an email saying that they have been delivered and the product has not been delivered.
It’s small enough to put though the letter box???

using ads from another popular brand to get sales on their product. a peter thomas roth eye tightener advert, branding and marketing video was used to sell their generic unbranded eye tightener - i didn't realise until i got my order confirmation with an image of the product with no branding - i cancelled immediately. however, my cancellation was not acknowledged. it was also not made clear the product was being shipped from china. a few weeks later their only communications with me has been to keep the product and receive 50% refund - why would i - i have no idea whats in it and the company practises are deeply untrustworthy. please steer clear these are not legal sales tactics in the uk and peter thomas roth brand is being seriously undermined
