Google AdSense stole €513.

I am a Ukrainian citizen living in Portugal.
I have a valid residence permit.
But Google failed to verify it.

I contacted support.
They said, “Send it to us, and we will verify it.”
I sent it.
They asked for a bank statement and other supporting documents.
Then they told me to upload it inside Google AdSense one more time.
Then they wrote to me: “After checking, the automated system could not verify your identity.”
“You’ll never get your money. Bye.”

Funny thing: a friend of mine got verified with the same documents. But not me.

What a five-star experience.
They’re basically a bunch of mobsters managed by AI.
I feel like, at this point, this company should be divided into small companies that know how to work with customers.

Google Scammers. ADSENSE is SO poor. Bascially taking money from me and there is nothing I can do about it.

URGENT: Mass False-Positive Ad Serving Limit Bug (October 13–14)

We are reporting a critical systemic anomaly deployed between October 13 and 14 that unjustly triggered "Ad serving limits" across numerous compliant AdSense publisher accounts simultaneously. Our traffic is strictly 100% organic, verified, and fully compliant with all Google Publisher Policies. There has been zero invalid activity or sudden anomalous traffic spikes.

This widespread wave of unwarranted restrictions is causing severe, ongoing financial damages to legitimate businesses. We strongly urge Product Experts to escalate this issue immediately so the AdSense Engineering and Traffic Quality teams can audit the October 13–14 automated filter update and lift these erroneous restrictions.

Circa tre mesi fà, ho provato a riattivare l'Account Adsense, ma continua a riproporre i vecchi dati errati.
Non sono amministratore e non mi consente di resettare e/o creare un nuovo account. Gentilmente, come chiedo da tre mesi, resettate è cancellate il vecchio account AdSense, ma nessuno interviene e mi consente di crearne uno nuovo con i dati esatti ed inserire le coordinate bancarie per ricevere i pagamenti.
L'Assistenza sa solo rispondere con email automatiche che rimandano alla pagina di assistenza che non risolve il problema e non dice il tipo di errori perché l'account è bloccato.

Things to recycle. I have been waiting for the address verification letter for 4 months, I still haven't received it, the address entered is correct, a lot of people in Sri Lanka are currently having this problem, they are not receiving the address verification letter from Google Adsense, they can only be contacted via email and AI chat for help, but they have no proper response. Since there is no live agent support, I have to abandon the YouTube channel now, 08 months of hard work is wasted. YouTube should remove Google Adsense as a payment method, because their service is unpleasant.

Je refuse d'utiliser Google AdSense à cause du bandeau de consentement, dont le caractère ultra-intrusif gâche l'expérience utilisateur sur mes sites. Une fois cet obstacle dépassé, le constat reste très décevant du côté des annonces. Le réseau est saturé de spam, et en dehors des publicités répétitives pour le téléchargement de PDF, il n'y a quasiment plus aucun contenu publicitaire varié ou pertinent.

Basta fare un piccolo errore e l'account si blocca 32 giorni, poi mandano emai automatiche che dicono di cancellare l'account e si blocca altri 32 giorni creando forti disservizi negli utenti, quando bastava dire che i dati errati potevano essere modificati (così dicono loro) ma in pratica sono tutte scuse perché non vogliono pagare mai. Assistenza inesistente che risponde con mail automatiche che dicono di aspettare. Mai vista una piattaforma così inefficiente, su Ebay ho inserito la coordinate bancarie in 10 minuti e dopo 2 giorni ho ricevuto il pagamento

I have been waiting for Google AdSense to approve moninzation on my YouTube channel. Been 6 months I talked to 20 Google employees at Google AdS won't tell me why AdSense keeps denying me very bad experience

Ripoff outfit. I spent $100 to promote my YouTube Channel. Immediately after payment they suspended my account for "suspicious payment" activity - which was my Debit Card which is mine and not suspicious ANYWHERE else. Then Adsense says they will not refund my $100 even though none of it was used to promote my YouTube Channel. I keep getting the run around by their AI and the DOTs over in India that work for Google Adsense. DO NOT USE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DO NOTHING WITH IT! IT IS A FRAUD!

They are a joke. Suspended my account for invalid activity, self-clicking for one account that I test my app on.
The app is new, and I don’t have much activity yet, and I have made revenue with them of $1 in a complete whole week. $1 in a whole week and they suspend my account for “SELF CLICKING”.
Is this a joke or are you actually dumb???

Don't trust Google Adsense you will loose your money if you are a beginner like me. If you know what you are doing then my hat is off to you. But you have no one to run and speak to when a mistake has been made or when you have serious inquiries, etc. they for a company that supports AI they don't even offer an advanced AI agent to walk you through your troubles. I don't want to go through the community, I want to talk to a live agent thats why I signed up with Google Adsense. They need to step their game up big time. Might as well stay on Youtube and take what you can get and create ads. its better than losing $250 bucks randomly with their limitedly explained offers that only them, lawyers, or seasoned google ads users understand thoroughly. Trust me its not worth the risk. And the agents who call are not just there to guide you around the interface, they are out for your money. Its like being in a casino, the place is confusing, they are scandalous and dishonorable. I'd feel TOTALLY different about all of this if they came with something like a "30 day money back garuntee" or "if you aren't satisfied then we will..." etc. But no they take your money and dueces, their out. It's a bad look.

Take my advise, only use Youtube for a base platform to sell something (don't even count on them to payout for ads) you won't win their either) your real ticket is your own personal products!

Most people take time to share reviews to be honorable about their experience so consider taking that to heart. We are the companies paid users after all. Good luck to all the users out there.

There is 0 evidence of invalid traffic on my site. Yet I already got restricted for it 4 times despite heavy Cloudflare bot filters, countless of measures and no anomalies in analytics. I am running a honest website with significant amounts of organic traffic.

The Support is ignoring me.
At the same time, other ad networks are constantly contacting me because they want to monetize the extremely valuable traffic on my site (avg. interaction time above 8 minutes).

Absolutely worthless. They just keep closing your account whenever they feel like it, despite the fact i have a paid developer account on the same Gmail. The interface is a disgrace to Google itself. They have customer support, who are actually out for your money to spend more on campaigns and spam called me 35 times in 3 days. I didn't pick up because of that behavior, so they closed my paid and ad running account (again), because they say i'm inactive because i don't want to answer their marketing team. What they really tried to do, is block me from using my account > so i would HAVE to call them back.

Neodporúčam bez akéhokoľvek dôvodu aj keď sme prisne dodržiavali ich pravidlá tak nám zrušili účet kde sme mali zarobené 1400 EUR do dnešného dňa nám nedali vysvetlenie a zhabali naše tvrdo zarobené peniaze!!! Ako dôvod nám uviedli neplatná navstevnost a dokonca nám v zostatku dali že sme v mínuse -0.30 Eur napriek tomu že sme redakcia 4. Najväčšia na Slovensku

I use to try it: few year's ago, meeting requirements of AdSense, where I did YouTube videos before. Even to meet requirements is so hard (watch Hours, Subscribers, views) like Huge amount! Now I read all the bad reviews and I have no regrets that I made the right choice back then, I gave up on Absence. YouTube is Amazing! But AdSense not! To meet all requirements is impossible in order to get paid. And robbing people of money like this, Is Not Nice!! Wow!

Google AdSense permanently disabled my account on 10 July 2023 and confiscated accrued earnings (≈ $3,100). I ran a compliant niche site for 14 years, used Ezoic (a Google Certified Publishing Partner) for all ad implementation, and received no prior warning. I submitted four appeals; each returned the same scripted reply — no URLs, no screenshots, no policy citations, no explanation of the alleged violations and no path to remediation. Ezoic was given no usable specifics either. There was no meaningful human review and no disclosure of the logs, criteria or scoring that produced the termination.

Conservative documented impact: confiscated earnings ≈ $3,100; estimated lost income to date ≈ $56,925; estimated site-value destruction ≈ $100,000; conservative subtotal ≈ $175,000. I served formal legal notices (6 Feb 2025; 24 Mar 2025; final demand 30 Apr 2025) with no substantive disclosure.

This conduct raises urgent legal and regulatory concerns: automated, opaque enforcement with confiscation of publisher funds may violate GDPR Article 22 (decisions based solely or predominantly on automated processing) and the DSA obligations on transparency and internal complaint handling for Very Large Online Platforms.

If Google has done this to you: preserve all evidence now — appeal replies, full email headers, AdSense payment exports, GSC/GA exports and any partner correspondence (Ezoic). Then file complaints with the appropriate authorities: your national Data Protection Authority (and for Google Ireland cases the DPC), and platform/regulatory bodies under the DSA (e.g. Coimisiún na Meán and your national regulator). When filing, reference GDPR Art. 22 and DSA arts. 16–20, request a Statement of Reasons and access to the logs used for the decision.

This is not just poor support — it is opaque enforcement combined with the confiscation of earned revenue. Preserve your records and complain to regulators.

Disgusting service, disgusting attitude of managers. They look for any reason not to approve advertising. And if the site meets the technical requirements, they refuse under the pretext of “low-value content”. Shame that google has such a disgusting service, I deleted my account.

Absolutely awful!
They have taken me off the creators fund and wont verify me because my residency is different to my nationality. so what? when I needed help, none of the team knew what they were doing and threatened to no respond to me anymore. I have lost out on so much money. Now when I am trying to chat to someone again it states that my YouTube URL is
invalid... I mean the list goes on and on.. my only root is now to take legal advice which is crazy for something so simple
