Since we don't know your email, I can't reply with a specific answer.
If your channel is banned, it means you have violated the TOS multiple times after multiple warnings! (as publisher)
If your account is suspended, it means that you have violated multiple types of TOS through multiple channels.
I think it's very common and important to protect our service against fraudulent activities, such as fake clicks, scamming subscribers to click on ad's link, purchased clicks and ...
But we won't disable or reject withdrawals if the advertiser hasn't lost money.
And if you no longer receive support, because after multiple TOS violations and suspensions, it doesn't make sense to continue to support you.

But could add the option to add bots to be monetized. I myself have 6+ bots with thousands of users ready to be monetized.

In fact, we want to accept bots as publishers, but unfortunately, there are some technical limits and issues with serving the same service for bots.
We are trying our best to find a way to do it.

Started using adsly few days back as a publisher, they are paying a decent amount for ad click. I wasn't sure if this site was legit or not, so I checked its trustpilot page. Back then I found no reviews. So, I had doubts. Now I'm posting this review as I just got my first payment through payeer. Big ups.
