They don't want to return manufacturing…
They don't want to return manufacturing defects product,they are Fraud selling defective product.

I don't recommend them
I don't recommend them. Bought a toy and it was of lowest quality/counterfeit product, looked like rejected one, torn and had damages everywhere. There is no use of contacting them as they won't reply after selling something. Be very careful before buying from them.

Bought a product for rs6500 in August…
Bought a product for rs6500 in August 2022, it stopped working after a month.
Contacted them care to recieve one of the worst customer care services I have ever gotten. No "sorry to hear about your experience or something" they simply said and I quote " we can't help with this, products have no guarantee" ( the person couldn't even spell the word 'guarantee' spelt it as 'these comes with no warranty nd garrunty'- literal text I recieved). When asked why don't they mention on their website they answered with "u should have asked this before buy" (again actual reply i recieved.
So if you're interested in wasting your time and money feel free to use this website's services.

Fraud Support, Fraud Website
Firstly delivery was very late, It took more than 10 days to deliver the product.
Secondly, I didn't get what I ordered. Some old and used products they sent. While raising the dispute, their support representative was not behaving well.
At the time of delivery, the courier boy was repeatedly asking about whats inside the box as if he knew. Zero privacy was maintained especially when It was my primary moto being a woman.
I don't recommend these guys at all.
