Very happy with service and products
I have been dealing on and off with this company for several years and have bought a number of products. The service has always been first class and very prompt. The products are as described in every case. There are no surprises. I have found the products to be quality made and durable.

Great customer service
Whilst I initially had a minor issue, it was rectified after being personally contacted by phone from the business owner. The correct product was then sourced and express posted to me at no expense, with free samples included. I was also provided with an express post envelope in which to return my initial purchase. Adultsmart also phoned to ensure that I was satisfied with the final outcome.

You are absolutely right. You ordered a bottle of lubricant that we were out of stock and you were sent two smaller bottles so that you received the quantity amount ordered. Generally this would not be done without contacting our customer first but our main customer service operator that contacts our retail customers is overseas on holidays. During her break we asked our manager in dispatch to take some initiative should there be issues that can be handle at his level rather than swamp the rest of our service team. He should have contacted you first prior to sending out.
Today I believe Maria has spoken to your about this issue and has ordered the item that was out of stock. This will be coming in some time this week and at our expense we will ship the exact item you ordered. Maria also informed me that you will be happy with that resolution.

Rock Solid Customer Service
My experience was terrific. Initially, I had difficulty accessing the website. So, I went back to sending an email to the company to ask what am I doing wrong. I followed this up with a telephone call with the staff at head office. My order was placed there and then, and the items were delivered to my home address within days. I even received a nice gift from the company as a bonus in the parcel with my goods. The purchase prices were right too, and parcel post fees were very modest. So, there!!
