I have been with Advanced America forv10 years now and they treat me like family. They have helped me in my hard times and no judgement was passed. They check on me from time to time also making me feel welcomed and valued.

The associate was expert in her dealings with me. And very kind

Did great easy reapply and approval took less then 3 min.
Thank you

They were very nice and quick. I was in and out of the office very quick. Very professional.

We’re friendly staff (Nicole) quick and friendly

I went in not expecting much but the service, office, and knowledge of Sherlyn was outstanding.

I went in for a payday loan but didn't have access to my paystub so asked it i needed it. She said if I have a deposit in my checking account she could use that. I did and she did, it was fast and the money was deposited into my account immediately.

Sherlyn is very knowledgeable and professional and helpful. I hope she stays working there long ! Thank you for your help, keep up the good work!

This was an easy application process and the ladies were super nice. Thank you.

Advance America has been and always will be my go-to place for loans. I mostly love how the payments are always in my budget range and its so convenient. The girls there are absolutely amazing, fun, friendly and always makes me feel like home. Those girls most definitely deserve one heck of a good raise.

The process was fast and super simple. Christina was very nice and very proficient.

I’m an established customer but needed a loan. I recently ran out of personal bank checks tied to my account. The employee at the store was great, they told me no checks were needed. Got my loan and was out the door quick and easy. Thanks so much!

Very fast and friendly . And great customer service .

I am glad there is a place to go if you are in need for extra money for your bills and able to pay it back in a very reasonable amount and time

Not very good, recorded wrong acct #, now I'm late for their mistake, have to re-do all again!! Angry!!

Lady’s were so nice very professional Easy to get money

Was an awesome experience. Helped me get what i needed. Were friendly and explained everything throughly. Great people and good customer service.

The employees that were working at the time of my presence at the alamosa colorado store were all so helpful, and friendly, and really made me feel at ease. They were very well trained on everything that needed to be done and showed excellent verbal explanation skills. The ones that handled my application and loan were Nefateri Valasquez and Katie A. Trujillo. Both I would definitely want to work with again and I would recommend my family and friends to go there if they need help with anything like that.
