Advance America - Ames - 620 Lincoln Way, Ste. 3 Opiniões

I love my ladies they are beautiful ladies

Good people. They know what they are doing

Bait and switch. I had completed all of the paperwork needed to obtain a loan and then was told this location was closing so I would have to deal with either Des Moines or Marshalltown for payment of the loan.
I received no cash only a check. I have no idea what was wrong with the printer but I folded the check and placed it in my billfold. Upon arrival at the bank the ink was so smeared and illegible that the bank would not accept the check. Upon return to the store I was told there was nothing that could be done until Monday. On Monday I was informed that we had to wait 24 hours for the cancelation on the check.

Staff should have informed me the location was closing before processing any loan information/paperwork to ensure I wanted to proceed.
The check printed and issued to me should not have and issue with smearing or rubbing off, like it did.

I should not have to had to wait 4 days to ensure the transaction had been cancelled and all business issues resolved.

This was by far the worse action I have encountered with payday loans in the last 20years of my life. I can see why the location is closing!!

You are doing just great keep up the good work

The Manager is so customer friendly. Quick and easy process!!!

Great people. Great place. Fast service.

Joyce at the Ames, IA location was very nice and caring. She helped me out a lot and I appreciate it.

The new associate was the best one I ever worked with in Ames Iowa office

I went in and was greeted politely after giving my application everything went quickly. My questions and concerns were all addressed and explained easily to me. Was even given a fair time when my repayment would be do. Overall a very decent experience.

Very happy with my experience. Friendly
staff whom waited on me

Very easy and so helpful a pleasant experience.

Even though no one wants to be in a position of needing to borrow money, I've always had pleasant experiences with the staff at Advance America. Brenda is great!

Always nice staff. Quick and easy

Morgan was very helpful, friendly, and professional. I hope I won't need your service much longer but if I do I will be back.

Great, friendly service. So easy it's unbelievable.

Great customer service quick efficient and always friendly

I would have gave 5 stars but they run out of cash often and have to give customers a check or a pre paid debit card.

I was pleased

Bill four Word letters read as Be ill or be sick and sick four Word letters read as Smart intelligent see King, but we All have bill no joke. I recommanded for those, who have job or who are disable or néed money to pay bill thé Advane America will be thé best choice, or Also Add loans Will be great like. $400 loans +$100 Add interest =$500÷2 payments = $250 A months for two months payments.to take $400 A months it's about $450 To peu jack at Advance America and if $400 Add $100=$500÷2 or two months =$250 and it's thé same thing it's just divide by two payements. Wé are human being, we learn from our mistake everday.
