I like the customer service that I receive here at the Columbia, Miss office. The employee's go above and beyond my expectations of service. They have all of the answers to your questions. They look at you as a human being and not just as quota or number they really care about you as a customer.

I must say that the workers their put their effort to please you and go beyond.

Very courteous and very friendly and explain everything well

the worker was nice and ontime did a very good job with a nice smile ty

I took a check advance out for 200.00, and went back the next day to pay it off but they refused to take the money from my wife. I was out of town and she went to pay it off, and as before We were looking to have the fee reduced of totally discounted. The Represenative informed my wife I was the only one that could pay off the check. With this being different from earlier dealings with AA in Columbia, MS office.
We have used AA many times before and paid the fees with out question when we keep the money to term.

Awesome service no waiting line and they will ask you do u understand and the process goes easy

Service is always great and the staff is very friendly.

Brittany took excellent care of me at the Columbia MS store

The process was painless, and the staff worked with us to their utmost ability to accommodate us. Thank you Advance America.
