This was my first time going this route and was a little scared and nervous. I walked into your store on Euclid and got the privilege meeting Alis. She really made this progress very easy and comfortable. She really knows her business and is very good at her job. I totally love her sense of humor. It's very calming and felt good to laugh. She definitely has made me want to always come back and refer you guys to EVERYONE! She is very friendly and really looks out for the customers. I give you A++++++ for hiring her. Worst computer Dept.
I have tried for months on and off to use your on line loan and it does not work. I have called in and the guy says they are working on it. This has been going on for a year. I live 20 miles from the store. You have the worst computer dept. I have ever encountered.

My experience at Advance America
When I first went I didn't think I could get a loan, but I had the info they needed and with in minutes I was approved and I continue going to get my loans. They are friendly understanding. This is a great company to do and take care of you, I highly recommend then. Thank you so much.

The kindness & helpfulness of the employees working. Do wish you could lower the counters some. Would be beneficial to us on the short side
