Thank you for your comments regarding our service. Advance America values your opinion and will have someone contact you in the next two business days to discuss your concerns.
They didn't say hi
They didn't say hi, instead " can I help you" . The entire transaction was very quiet and unfriendly. She just kind of took my paperwork made copies and handed me my money. No customer service skills.. "hello, how's your day going" "oh I see you sent in your application online that makes things quicker" "please, thank you" "have a good day"
I left and said "have a good day"... not much of a personality
