Advance America - Indianapolis - 10930 Pendleton Pike, Ste. 105 Opiniões

Advance America has been very helpful to us I have tried other locations but I prefer this one. The lady is so nice and careful. She makes having to do this less painful

I can not thank Kelly and Marsha enough. I was desperate, because I just moved to Indiana, was scammed by a mobile mechanic, and had to use all my aaa tows. My money was gone.car in bad shape, walking in the cold. They opened the door, and helped me get paperwork.i thought it was impossible to get with the sweetest attitude, felt like i just walked into home.
Because of them, I won't be stranded on indiana streets

The store I go to is awesome Ms. Marasha is a reat customer service rep and very good at her job. I wish you would get installment loans . Overall a great place.

Great person who works at the Pendleton lo6

I never ever have any problems
Always respectful understanding informative great customer service they know me and remember me no hassles or issues great staff and like the new system too

I like the new innovated system. Transactions are easier and can be made from the touch of a pressing buttons. Thanks

The employee was on drugs. Literally kept zoning out and “falling asleep “ while completing my loan. Will not recommend or return to this place.

Fast friendly service, just wish you had installment loans.

In September, the same person was there as this month. In September, she was 20 minutes late opening. She was dressed inappropriately. Low cut shirt as if she was going bar hopping. You could see clear down her shirt. Not business like at all. This month, same person, she was 15 minutes late opening as two of us waited in the rain. She is not the regular person. She is filling in so the regular person has a day off. I understand that. Please bring back the one who was furloughed due to covid. The regular person is wonderful and very personable as well as the one that was let go.

Marsha and the staff make the experience easy and the are very efficient and helpful. They are friendly and courteous which makes it enjoyable for the customer.

I've used this business off and on for a few years Marsha is the best so nice and polite.
