Advance America - Irmo - 7320 Broad River Rd. Ste. J Opiniões

You are welcomed as you come inside with a smile. All the employees are nice to deal with it.
I consider Joe as a friend. He is courteous and helpful. Would not go anywhere else

Good experience! Quick and easy!

Best customer service I've ever received, the day I went into the lexington store the computers were down but still they took all of my info and kept their word to call me as soon as they came up and they did exactly that. I went back and had a quick and easy experience.

The broad river road office is great. The manager Joe is great, friendly and very sweet. The employees he has are also sweet and very friendly. They only one I use when I need some extra money to pay an unexpected bill.

I came in & was out within minutes. Joesph did a really good job!

Very quick and easy process. Friendly staff.

Joe is the nicest man! I go in to visit sometimes even when I don't write a check. Service is great!

I would like to make a suggestion... Why not renew our payday loan online? We can pay out our loan online.

You did a great job.

Joe and his assistant are always so helpful and nice. If they ever leave, I will leave advance america.

We enjoy going to Advance America Joe, is so polite and helpfuff. And the young lady who also works thete is so nice . Thank you for great Service. Sincerely, Steve Trueblood ps. . These Two employees of your Company are Outstanding and Like knowing they will be there when we meed them.

My experience at the irmo,sc store was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helped me understand what i needed to know with my payday loan

Great staff and customer service! Thank you so much for your service!

It is always quick and fast getting want I need when I need help. The customer service representative always goes above and beyond. It is never a hassle.

I think the staff should exercise discretion when talking with customers. I do not want the public to know why I’m there and how much I’m borrowing.

My experience has aalways been nothing but top notch on all of my visits!!! Even when the staff was down to one, I have always received exceptional service!!!

Excellent staff and very understanding associates.

Joe at my location is always polite and professional!! He has a smile and something nice to say everytime I come in to get a loan. I get in quickly and out the door with no issues. I always look forward seeing him.

Joe is the best and always explains everything and greets you with a smile. I won't go anywhere else!
