Advance America - Jacksonville - 7961 Normandy Blvd. #2 Opiniões

It’s an easy process with options on paying them back. The store staff is friendly.

I needed a loan, the ladies that work there explain it to me how works, they were really friendly and helpful, thanks you for your help ☺️

Best place to get the money you need. They are always there to help if you need an advance this is the place to go and the staffing are kind and polite. I would recommend it to anyone looking for that extra cash to help with bills or anything you need it for. Thanks Advance America for being there for me.

Friendly, fast and thorough service. Worked with the manager and she was knowledgeable as well as easy going and extremely helpful.

Excellent as always. Very easy and fair. Impressed since first time.

Usually I have a very good experience. Usually, I have no complaints or anything bad to say about this store! Well, now I do. Customer service was awful so awful I really didn’t want to go through the loan but I needed it. The young lady Kim who waited on me treated me like I had a deadly disease and was unable to understand that I understood everything she was saying. She didn’t smile she wasn’t very welcoming at all! I like this store and I drive out of my way to continue to use this store but not after this!! Regardless of the reason that I am there no one should ever be treated like that!

From start to finish, process took probably 20 minutes. It was convenient, esp since I could retrieve all necessary documents on my phone. Great job

The people I deal with at my branch are wonderful! Always courteous and friendly. I'm in and out in no time. The direct deposit feature is great. I have the money in no time at all. GREAT JOB!

Employees always welcome everyone, and they are very friendly and efficient.

I just love the ladies at this location, they go above and beyond in making sure the process is easy

I was very happy with my experience there. They were friendly and respectful. I highly recommend them.

Well lately I've been getting an error message, try again later. Then when I did, I was denied. So I had to go to my office to apply for loan which only took seconds.

Love this company. Love the branch I go to. Great Customer Support online and at the branch.

Great service provided by all of the customer services representatives. They always greet me and don't spend a lot of time being chatty and moving slow. They are efficient.

The process was pretty quick and both of the ladies there at the time we’re very helpful and nice. Thank you!

Very nice and personal service. Good to be greeted by my name when I walk through the door. In and out in 5 min.

I will definitely recommend this company to everyone. The staff was very courteous and kind, even with training a new employee. They seemed like family and that's walhat made the expierence even better for me.
