Advance America - Lafayette - 2316 W. Pinhook Opiniões

I’ve been using Advance America for quite a while and every time I go in everyone is professional, friendly and fast! I appreciate the fact that I can get in and out quickly. They are great for pay day loans as well as buying money orders. Would highly recommend!

I got a title loan here the other day and the ladies were very friendly and helpful. I previously got a title loan from Cash Cow and it was an awful experience. Miss Jasmine is wonderful! Very friendly, informative and efficient. She explained everything clearly and covered all the details of the loan so thoroughly that I didn’t have to ask any questions at all. I was in and out of there in about 40 minutes. These ladies are so professional and friendly. Don’t waste your time trying to decide where to get a loan from. Try this company and this location specifically. You will not regret it!

Fast, easy, the staff is very polite and did I mention the process is fast? Thank you for making my financially uncomfortable times a little easier...

Day before Xmas no long wait friendly staff big smiles. Helpful with everything

Really easy associates are very friendly and nice. A pleasure.

I was unaware of the required documents of the loan to complete the transaction.
The manager of the Lafayette Pinhooke store was extremely talented and patient to assist me with all required documents, thank you

Manager was fast and quick. Awesome personality.

I don't remember the lady name but she was nice and friendly she had patients with me and very much helpful. Been nice with a smile goes a long way thanks a lot I felt real good to know they still have good and nice people.

If you’re in a bind and need money bad enough to pay exorbitant interest rates, then this is your place.

The Manager who waited on me, Jasmine Nixon, was very efficient and friendly. She, along with everyone else on staff, always has a pleasant demeanor when I come into the store. The team at Advance America consistently provides great customer service!!!

I had a great experience at the store that I have been using for about 2-3 years. The customer service representatives are always great and if I get stuck somewhere all I have to do is give them a call and let them know that I am having a problem but I am trying to get there to take care of my account and they are very patient and will work with me. That's how customer service is truly supposed to be. Thanks so much for helping me when I need it!!

when it says quick fast and friendly I really appreciate the business I'll recommend them a hundred percent
