Mrs.Holly was the most amazing person ever!

Holly has been so helpful, always polite& friendly.

The gal that works there is very knowledgable and helpful.

I was a customer about 5 years ago and remembered the good quality of service that I had received then.

Holly helped me obtain my payday loan as the paperwork was entirely new to me. She was very friendly and professional. Thank you Holly.

I have a great experience every time whether I call or go there in person. Both Tiffany and Kristy are very friendly and understanding. They are the best. Thank you both for your help. Please stay safe.

My history is positions of supervision , customer service which gives me the knowledge of what is correct .
So I speak from that in this evaluation

Been dealing with the lebanon Tennessee store for a number of years, have always been completely satisfied

Excellent service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I've only ever dealt with the representative Tiffany in Lebanon, I've been a customer for 6 weeks now and I couldn't imagine taking my cash advance business ANYWHERE else.
I have bad credit from my early years as an adult. As I've grown and started fixing my credit I realized that when I get into a bind that nobody wants to help you (Despite my fast growing credit score) I came in after receiving a call from Tiffany after I applied online and I explained there is nothing they can do for me because EVERYONE turned me down.
She followed my comment with a few questions and insisted that they could help me. So against my better judgement I gave it a shot. I am now a loyal fan of Advance America (And Tiffany) for getting me a chance that I will never forget! Thank you Tiffany! And Thank you Advance America for welcoming me and giving me a chance when nobody else would!
I suggest this loan agency to ANY and EVERYONE!!!
Sincerely, Kyle L
