Very helpful staff at the Muscatine Iowa store. Sorry to hear that it's closing

Awesome, super efficient manager...thank you!

U did real good. Good serivce always pleasent and friendly. Would love see something like personal loan where u can borrow more and pay it back like loan. To me 2500 loan would be noce to pay some bills and pay my rent

Everyone was very helpful I will recommend family members and friends! Thank you !

Both ladies are extremely nice and so very helpful. I recently had surgery and walk with a cane and they came to me. They had me sit down immediately and brought the paperwork to me, and helped me back out to my car. It was very heartwarming to have this type of help because to me its a huge thing. They conversate with me about things and are both all around very considerate and friendly!!!

Great friendly customer service. I can always count on them
When the unexpected happens. Car, dental, Veternarian. All
Of life’s little problems they are there to help me out.

I'm really happy with them and only ran into two errors that were fixed right away. They are there for me and freindly.

Really nice girl that works there she is really nice and considerate and really nice and really polite

Emily at the Muscatine business is amazing! She is so polite and cares about customers. She’s fast getting you in and out of the store..

I love seeing Emily and staff. They are friendly and professional.

Very pleasant staff, very friendly

I love going to Advance America. They are always so friendly, respectful, and professional. They never make you feel bad because you need help. I've never had a problem with them!

Well the person that waited on me was very nice and very helpful but the amount of lettuce that she could give me was okay but I could have used a little bit more. It was fast and easy to get the money though I've dealt with you before thank you again

Very friendly and helpful. Associate was fast and made the whole process easy for me.

Fantastic service and very nice employees!!!

The only thing I wish is that cash was available every visit. I do not like getting a check or the pre-paid card. Other pay day loan companies offer cash all the time. But the service is excellent and the staff is fantastic.
