Outstanding Branch!
The staff at the Oneonta location of Advance America are always super friendly and very helpful if you have an issue. Very pleasant atmosphere at this location as well. And the new "installment loan" that has replaced the standard "payday loan" is an absolutely awesome and customer friendly option. I wish all "payday" lenders would put this much care into their customers.

YALL MADE MY ACCOUNT OVER DRAFT $110.00…
YALL MADE MY ACCOUNT OVER DRAFT $110.00 OF FEES BECAUSE THE DAY I TOOK THE LOAN I CALLED BACK AND TOLD WHO EVER I TALKED TO THAT I DIDN'T GET PAID UNTIL THURSDAYS HE ASSURED ME YALL WOULD NOT PULL THE MONEY OUT UNTIL THURSDAY BUT INSTEAD YALL PULLED THE MONEY OUT ON TUESDAY AND COSTED ME ALOT OF MONEY IN INSU FUNDS. TAUGHT ME A LESSON NOT TO TRUST PEOPLE AND NOT TO USE THIS SIGHT AGAIN.

The lady that helped me was very nice…
The lady that helped me was very nice and I was her main attention while she helped me. She explained how things worked with your company so I would do what I need to do when my plan was due. I really enjoyed working with her and I intend do continue to do busy with Advance America. Thank you!!!
