Advance America - Tallahassee - 2418 N. Monroe St., Ste. 220 Opiniões

The staff is very nice and are really recaching out to the customers. As i come to get a loan i notice how the staff is really paying attention to people situations. They are really concerned.

Very Professional Service and Very Quickly Service as Always. Thanks!

My loan application process was super quick and easy. I also received great customer service. If I could give 20 plus stars I would.

I went in for a loan and had it putt on my debit card so it went straight to my bank. It was do eady and I loved it.

The young lady that helped me was awesome. Go see her. Her customer service was phenomenal

I have had great experiences with Advance America. There is a young lady by the name of Ashley at the N. Monroe site who is very professional has great customer service skills. I think that she should be commended on the work that she does.

The Service is Quick and Easy! Like 1,2,3! Your on your way!

Had it not been for Joe the owner’s interceding, my experience here would have been a total hose job. All I’ll say here is thanks for a good, customer service oriented owner! If anyone’s experience was anywhere close to mine as a customer making a purchase, the satisfaction rate would be next to nil. Perhaps the customer service will be much better if his staff and asst mgrs will heed the direction of their obviously more experienced owner, Joe.

Honestly, at the location that I went to on Monroe street, during my last visit, the lady was quite rude and seemed pretty apathetic. Her attitude wasn't pleasant, she seemed as if she was annoyed that I was there as it was close to closing time and no one else was there. She didn't even read off the prompter that explains the percentage rates and what I owe back. She merely stated, scroll down and hit initial, signature and submit." Also, when I got ready to leave, I stated " thank you" and she responded " uhh hmm" very abruptly and rudely. I will say that I've never experienced this attitude or lack of professionalism during any of my other visits with other staff at this location.

I have always had positive experience always being treated with the utmost respect by every staff member which I have come in contact. I highly recommend your services to anyone who finds themselves in need. Thank you for your ongoing help, and superior customer service.

I've had great customer service from the North Monroe Branch in Tallahassee Fl
