Easy, & fast process
I am very happy with the customer service.
There process is easy, fast.
There was one one time I was not able to finish the process because the system was not giving the option to change my new pay date, so I got discouraged and decided to cancel it. The next day a lady call me to ask me if I needed help. I explain her the issue. She fixed the issue. Very friendly and patient lady.
I didn’t need to go another place

I have been pleased with the professional, helpful, and friendly experiences by Advance America staff (Nicole and Josie) at the Upland office. The office environment is comfortable, with beautiful decor and secure for customers to handle their financial transactions. Staff assistance is provided to expedite the completion of the required forms.
