Ultrasound guided injections are more effective than unguided injections. We offer steroid injections, hyaluronic acid (Durolane), barbotage, hydrodilatation for stiff shoulders and more. Excellent Service from Advanced Physio Solutions in Chichester
I was able to have an appointment within a few days of initial contact and was seen by Peter, a very personable and professional physiotherapist who carried out a thorough examination. He was extremely clear in his description of the issues involved and ensured I uderstood the situation well and the possible courses of treatment.
The treatment room was perfectly clean and bright and there was parking available on site or very nearby. I have no hesitation in recommending Advanced Pgysio Solutions

Very professional
I saw Peter, he was brilliant; a whole body assessment, he identified the problem and gave good advise, he didn’t think an ultrasound would benefit, so he didn’t do one.
He also advised how I should be taking my medication, it was clear and easy to understand. Would thoroughly recommend.
