Fast and courteous service once again! I'm a repeat customer and will order again when I need to!

I called before placing my order to confirm if the part on their website was an original OEM a rebuilt or an aftermarket part. I was told this was an original OEM brand new from the Mack factory. So I decided to return the rebuilt DEF pump I had just purchased through Mack and ordered the “New OEM” part through advanced truck parts. Well after receiving the part several days later it was in a reused box with a personal return address and when I opened the box the part the part had “ReMack” stamped on the part meaning it was a rebuilt part. Well after calling for two straight days and not getting through and leaving voice messages that were never returned I decided to just install the part and will not be making another purchased through this company.

Great cost on part and shipping cost. Excellent customer service also. Will definitely be sourcing our parts from them in the future.

Will purchase from again. Called and someone answered immediately and was able to answer my questions. Had the part I needed and a great price. Shipped out immediately and part arrived faster than expected. Packed tight so no damage could occur. Would recommend giving them a shot.

We bought a turbo and actuator. Actuator was the wrong part. They corrected the issue and immediately sent the correct part out. Truck is back up and running! Thanks Daniel and Adam!!

we part we received was not the part ordered and we had to have Freightliner install the correct part.

Great customer service, they had the old obsolete air compressor I needed. It did show up with a cracked oil return line port though. No other cores available had to jb weld it in order to put it in service

Great service. Prompt response and even took the product back when I ordered the wrong part. They worked with me on a double return when I had inadvertently ordered a part twice.
