Maddie & the team from Advantage were a refreshing alternative when selling my property.

Excellent stylists with great results!
Peter Seargeant was our senior stylist. He was receptive to our ideas/concept and brought a professionalism and keen aesthetic eye to the job. The property was styled for a Thursday open house and we had an offer which we accepted on the following Monday. Peter and his team who physically do the styling were courteous, prompt and showed great flair with the styling. We'd use them again.

Advantage Styling understood the brief
Advantage Styling understood the brief, they listened. They had a thorough understanding of potential buyers and their knowledge and experience was outstanding. They were completely professional, their furnishings were all well maintained, which is very important. What might look good in a photo if not looked after, is not so forgiving close up!
We sold prior to auction and achieved the price we were seeking.

Agent recommended and 100% worth it
we were refered by our agent based on the results he had seen and we were delighted with the result. Courtney and the team delivered an attractive, visually cohesive solution that made clever use of the space and the service was seamless. The property we were selling ran out the door (sold in a week) and I credit the styling as a key differential between our property and similar items on the market at that time. I would recommend without hesitation and will be using Advantage again.

Nice furniture but basics not attended to
The furniture used was very nice and overall we were happy with the finished product. However there was a stain on the carpet which could have easily been covered by a nice rug. I know that smaller beds make a room look bigger, but the size of our bedrooms are large and the beds used were so low they looked strange.
