A great program! Loved how self-paced it was, and how many kinds of learners it supports. From videos to simulations to quizzes to PDFs, there are lots of ways that you can observe the information needed to become an MA. Great information given, my Mom in an NP and thought that all of the info I learned was accurate and very useful to know!

Advanced eClinical Training provides a comprehensive and accessible format to prepare people for a job as a Medical Assistant. The self-paced curriculum makes it perfect if you are a student or working, allowing you to decide what work to do and when. You are able to move through units as fast or slow as you need to accommodate for anything happening in your life. The education provided is comprehensive, and with the implementation of the simulations students are able to apply their knowledge to patient and physician interaction. This program helps students prepare and feel ready to enter into the medical field.

This program is as advertised; they are great at providing the education necessary to thrive in a healthcare profession. I completed the course in about 8 weeks, and it was very attainable. I would recommend to anyone.

I thought the course was great! Everything was laid out and very easy to follow throughout my time doing the course. The modules were very detailed and provided so much important information. I really enjoyed getting to have access to different types of learning, including videos to watch, articles to read, and assignments/research to do on my own. The course provides more information regarding resumes, interviews, and helping individuals get jobs and start their careers.
The instructors were all very supportive. The instructors were available whenever needed and always approved my assignments/submissions within a timely manner. I felt supported throughout the entire course if I needed extra help or had any questions.
If you are ever looking for an online CCMA course, this is the place to be! I have nothing but great things to say about it.

I liked how everything was self paced so I didn't feel pressured juggling this course with my other responsibilities. Instructors responded within 24 hours and were helpful in providing feedback. I particularly liked how there was access to NHA, because taking the practice exams there and going through the modules reinforced all the information taught in the ACT modules.

I would really recommend this course! It's great for self-paced learning and it is fully online. The staff and instructors are always available to help you. This course has prepared me well for my future endeavors. I would highly recommend this course.

Really great program if you have the time to learn everything. Course took me about a year as a busy student athlete.

I was very impressed by the depth the course went into for each topic. ACT's module gives you a deeper understanding of the major topics in the CCMA NHA exam, so I felt very prepared going into it.
I really appreciated the self-paced aspect of the course, as I was able to work on my certification throughout the semester. Although the course is completely online, the instructional videos and the simulations included truly helped by both giving me visual understanding of the different procedures as well as by training me on how to interact with patients as an MA.
The formatting of the program is also great. Towards the last few modules, you are given your NHA portal information and have to complete modules on it. These modules cover information from the start of the training program, which you might be a little rusty on, and refresh it so that you are ready to take the final exam.
Overall, this was an outstanding program and I was super impressed with all of the test prep, as well as the career readiness they provide afterwards. I would definitely recommend it!

I truly enjoyed the self-pace of this program. It was great especially when working. If I ever felt like I had too much going on in life in general, I was able to take a break and come back. The discussion posts were also nice because we got to see the thinking process of other peers and what they would do in certain situations. They also had videos which I think helped me more than just reading, and the modules with quizzes also helped me learned a lot. I feel like this course prepared me for the exam.

Advanced eClinical Training's (ACT) CCMA program is wonderful for those with a busy schedule seeking to pursue a career in healthcare. I myself am a full-time college student, work part-time, and train as an athlete. ACT's self-paced online program made it possible for me to do everything and obtain my CMA. I was worried an online program would not prepare me enough for a job, however, ACT's externship option allows me to practice the skills I learned in a real clinical setting. This also gives me experience that employers are looking for. ACT also does a great job at being there for their students even virtually. You can meet with an instructor or advisor, and the ACT team always replies to emails and grades assignments in a timely manner.

I really enjoyed taking this course. The self-paced learning was a great experience, and I felt very supported by the instructor team. The simulations and practices were very helpful in understanding the material. I am currently in the process of being placed into an externship and feel very supported by the externship team. I would recommend this course to anyone that is interested in becoming a CMA.

ACT was such a great experience. As a full time student, I was able to complete this course at my own pace. I feel very prepared to take the national certification exam and confident in my MA skills going into my future career!

I loved this! I liked the AI patient conversations and simulations and how many different ways of learning could be seen through the approaches. We learned, watched, then applied to get a thorough understanding of things! It was a great value. I also love all of the connections and opportunities after the course completion such as their career center.

I completed the CCMA ACT training. By far the best and only program that gives you a flexible schedule for completion. For me this was crucial and it exceeded my expectation. I can say I learned so much especially through the interactive simulations. I loved the flexibility to spend hours working on it or just 1 hour a day it's totally up to you and your schedule! The instructors and advisors are super helpful as-well they get back to you always same day even within minutes if you need anything. I could not recommend this program more to people. Absolutely worth the money perfect if you need a flexible schedule.

This course prepared me well for the NHA CCMA exam! The course includes great assignments, simulations, and discussions that can involve the user and help solidify understanding of the material. Very wonderful course! I really enjoyed how it was also asynchronous, so each person can go at their own speed.

This course was great. It was self-paced which was great for students in college. The simulations and resources provided were great.

What stood out to me most about my CCMA medical assistant course was how well it was designed to actually prepare me for real clinical work, not just memorization. The self-paced learning structure made a huge difference because I could spend extra time on harder topics like EKG leads, order of draw, and injections without feeling rushed. It made the experience way less overwhelming and more personalized to how I learn best.The curriculum itself felt very practical and focused on what medical assistants actually do day-to-day. Instead of just theory, it covered essential skills like vital signs, patient interaction, lab procedures, and administrative tasks, which made everything feel directly applicable to a real job setting. Another one of the most helpful parts was the use of simulations. It bridged the gap between knowing something and actually doing it. Lastly, the career support really made the program feel complete. Knowing there’s guidance for job placement, resume building, and transitioning into the workforce made me feel more secure about what comes after certification.
