Rubbish company paid 19.99 for a fan with with mirror, they sent the cheaper one out and are now ignoring my e mails, steer clear of these, take your money and send you cheaper products out

I haven’t had a chance to use it but upon inspection it has a really strong fan and it seems to deliver.

First time I knew was by a friend who gave one of the ones he got. My wife liked it so much that I had to buy another one. Then, one of her colleagues also liked and I had buy another one.

The Device looks premium also the packaging. However, the fan is so loud that it cannot be used normally. I would disturb other people around me. Loud as a vacuum cleaner even on the lowest setting, on turbo mode is like jet plane. I strongly do not recommend.

The water tank of the Aecooly cool air ultra is too small, the water is used up quite fast. Should make the tank bigger. Delivery took a bit long time.

After placing an online order for two products, more than a month passed without me receiving the order or getting any feedback from the company. I contacted customer support and only then, I received a reply stating that the order was "stuck" with the postal services of another country. Given all the delays and the fact that I hadn't received the order or have any garantee to receive it, I requested a cancellation and a full refund. They replied that, since the order was already in transit, this wasn't possible, and offered me a ridiculous monetary compensation of 5$. I will have to receive the products (if I'll receive), return them with expenses and wait for refund, that I dont know if will be total or partial... The site is not acessible, also. Not recommended.

Excellent surprise. I bought it as a cool gadget, but it's much more - and such an efficient tool ! I put it on my desk when temperature gets too high and it just makes the difference. Battery life is superb, finish as well. Warmly (ahah) recommended

Hard to find. Disappointed that the power module is not offered for sale. With only one power module you can not run a device and the light at the same time in the dark.

I had an issue with the product not working, so I emailed their support team. They were very responsive and followed up multiple times to make sure everything was as good an experience as possible and it was.

When I first received this well designed, handheld personal fan I really liked the design. I plugged it in to charge it. When I unplugged it the connection piece came out with the cord and I could not re-secure it. I contacted support and sent pictures.
No questions asked it was replaced immediately. This company is GREAT.

I have NOT received my product and have had numerous emails with your customer service staff. I don’t understand what the difficulty is when I have provided you and your courier with a correct address 4 times now. I cannot honestly even give you 1 star. This needs to be addressed and rectified.
