Useless.

Ordered a pair of jeans, 32x32. They turned up and measured 32x30, so had been cut incorrectly.

Sent them back for another pair…this happened three times, despite the warehouse “checking” them.

Getting it wrong once is a mistake, but three times? Inept doesn’t even cover it.

They shipped a wrong pair of jeans which was supposed to be airflex+ but instead is just flex+. I would recommend a different site to buy their jeans from which make returns less of a hassle.

Like whats the use of this site like there is nothing to order on it just let me order from the american site
Just go bankrupt and let us order from the american site again

Rücksendung und Rückerstattung absolut mühsam bis fast unmöglich. QR-Code funktioniert nicht. Kein Rücksende-Etikett beiliegend. Rückversand nach Belgien auch für Kunden aus der Schweiz, muss per Post privat organisiert werden mit Ausfuhrpapieren (Versand per UPS in die Schweiz aber ohne Pickup Option für Rücksendung). Kundendienst nicht existent. Ein Artikel fehlt aber wurde trotzdem verrechnet. Nie wieder. So kann man als Firma effizient Rückabwicklung vermeiden aber Kunden werden komplett verarscht.

I randomly saw an advertisement on my news feed with a lovely American Eagle cap. It was on promotion. As I was looking for a new cap I couldn't let it go. I took the risk to order on the website to receive it in France despite the bad comments on this platform. I knew there was no way I would find this cap in a shop in my country. I absolutely don't regret my choice. My order was made on Monday and I received it at my place on Friday.
The cap is even more beautiful in real!

Ordered a pair of jeans from the American Eagle EU website. After a week of waiting the item has still not been shipped. Contacted customer service and was told that my item would arrive within a few days. Today I got an email stating that my order has been cancelled and that the item is not available anymore?? Really disappointing since I was able to order from the website and essentially paying for something that doesn’t exist. Read a couple of other reviews from people saying that they haven’t gotten their money back, so now I’m terrified:((

Avoid at all costs, almost impossible to get a refund, absolutely no customer service, only got response when I escalated case through PayPal. Would give zero stars if I could.

Extremely unhappy. I always bought in the international side now it doesn't ship to germany anymore. When I got to the eu side I had almost a heart attack with these prices that's robbery! I can't believe that in the year 2023 the company's still can change prices in the country's at their will. Aeo tried it some years ago, closed thair European
side now they trying again (different styles and much higher prices). Very disappointing.

For a company that already has a successful business in the US, I’m shocked at how many faults and errors there are in the entire process.
Ordered a bunch of stuff considering their free shipping & returns promise following the launch of the website in Europe. Ordering items went smoothly, got the package within the promised time frame. However, the returns section is riddled with bugs. First off, the items that I ordered are listed twice. Following limited help from customer service I decided to just return everything so no mistakes can be made. However, trying to complete the returns I got a 'shipping rates' error and if I can please contact support - a different one, who in the end referred me back to American Eagle Europe (in my case - again). In the end it got resolved but then I didn’t get a ‘received / processed return’ email or my money until I contacted customer service AGAIN, after the period they claimed they would process everything. Honestly, this is not what I expect from a company that has an annual turnover of 5 billion $. I don't like bug testing your website/service for you. If I'd known I would not have ordered.

Two stars because I got my money back but please fix this stuff. I’m sticking to the stores. Don’t bother ordering online unless you know you won’t need to return it.
