Excellent service
I just want to let you know how impressed I was with the driver you sent to collect me and my family from LGW in the very early hours of this morning. I think his name is Nadeem.
I have been using a taxi for airport trips for over 10years and I know what makes a good driver and what doesn't.
We'd had a very long day and then a delayed/late arrival to LGW and to be greeted by a cheerful and helpful Nadeem was really appreciated. He was friendly, but not over bearing and set the right tone.
I'm not one to usually write these kind of emails but felt compelled to do this one.
Please pas on my thanks to him and tell him to keep up the good work 👍
