The order came after 3 weeks and no one responded to my emails at all as I followed up on the ETA for 5 times since I haven’t bought from this website before. Customer service was so poor as in there was no customer service at all.

Shipping was really fast, about 5 days after I ordered. This is so much faster than other websites like Yestyle and Stylevana. My items were also packaged really securely and prettily. The card included from Aestha was a nice touch. I also got a freebie, despite my order only amounting to $15 including shipping. Really positive experience overall, would totally order again and recommend to friends.
