Regarding the visible LED units, as we previously explained, for designs that include smaller or more intricate details, we need to install compact LED strips within those areas to ensure the lighting is even and fully illuminated. Because of this, some minor connecting wires or light units may be slightly visible, and unfortunately, this is quite difficult to completely avoid with this type of design.

That said, we sincerely apologize that this detail affected your experience, even in a small way. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and it will serve as an important lesson as we continue improving our products - down to even the smallest details - to provide a more refined and seamless finish in the future.

Please rest assured that your sign will continue to be well taken care of under our warranty. Your satisfaction truly means a lot to us, and we’re very grateful for your understanding and support.

First of all, we’d like to sincerely inform you that both of your signs are currently being remade at no cost due to a production mistake, as the proportions did not meet the required standard dimensions.

We also want to sincerely apologize for not updating you in a timely manner over the past week. This lack of communication may have made it seem like no one was taking care of your concerns, but that is not the case. Our priority is always to stand by our customers and support you through any issue. This was a miscommunication on our end, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and the wait.

Please rest assured that your replacement signs are being prioritized for production so they can be completed and delivered to you as soon as possible.

Our sales team will also reach out to you directly to keep you informed and ensure everything moves forward smoothly.
