I bought items from Afends recently. Im disappointed in the sizing because the clothes are really cute and nice quality. As someone below mentioned, the sizing is strange. A size large is more like a normal US size medium, but the fit is all wrong even though I got the right size. While some parts of the items would fit, the straps or shoulders were huge in comparison and made the items unwearable as they were not proportional. Therefore, even if I went a size up or down, neither would likely fit properly due to the disproportionate sizing. The t shirts I ordered were nice and did fit, but the more complex items (pinafores, playsuits, dresses) in my experience were not sized properly when made.

honestly for the amount of money that I paid o expected way better quality of the products, especially the mug is a rip off. I tried drinking a tea out of it and the entire mug gets so hot that you can't touch it or put your lips on it at all in order to drink from it. the clothing is nice but waaaay to overpriced and not as great as it looks In the pictures

Always size up! All clothing runs quite small. Generally a hit or miss, some products are fantastic while others don't hit the mark for quality (break easy or are misshapen).

$10 returns is a bit rubbish considering most online stores offer free returns. Customer service is pretty horrible if you ever have to contact them.

products are generally nice, although wouldn't recommend buying from them online as their sizes are quite strange. their customer service is generally pretty bad as well. their practice giving out store credit for returns in the form of gift cards which prohibit you from using it for items on sale is ludicrous and unfair. I've bought a lot of stuff from them over the years but won't be purchasing again.
