Affinity Federal Credit Union Opiniões 

WORST credit union. Constant problems they create because they have unreliable systems which leave customers with incorrect balances, blocked debit cards, non-existing customer service and the list goes on and on. I’ve banked with this credit union for over 15 years, they were good back then but something changed, maybe new management I don’t know but OMG this is the worst place to ever deal with no one knows what’s going on there and they have attitudes whenever you do magically reach a human. As of today I am clearing out all account there I’m done with Affinity FCU. Bank ANYWHERE else.

AFCU is despicable. These bums just jacked our interest rate from 3.5% to 7.25%. Raised our mortgage by $600.00 a month. On three occasions they actually put our mortgage payment in the wrong account, completely incompetent.

Best rewards checking account I ever had, funds transfer are very quick, no pain point :)

Donot do any business with AFCU. Their reps lie and are not trained properly so they tell you anything to get you off the phone. They ensure that you will qualify for services with a certain credit score but they don't know so they just lie. They do not qualify their customers for any services that they are trying to get help with. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES EVER! THE WORST BANK EVER!!!

I got my auto loan through Affinity with no credit history. I was working but my credit was young, they gave me 3.48% apr on a 18 month $8,000 loan. I stayed with them just because I was already there, my thought was if I needed to change I will. At times at which I really just needed a couple bucks, the bank would award me $50-$60 through raffle. Have had an overall great experience with them so far.

These guys are #Awesome, no matter the branch, I'm always greeted by first or last name, they make banking #Fun !!!!!!!!!!
